CMP includes validated and role-based assessments in our searches at no extra charge to ensure accurate and consistent candidate fit with the role and company strategy culture and role requirements. CMP does not have the "hands-off" restraints that many search firms have.

My experience with Career Management Partners was stellar. My CMP coach (Terry Price) was engaging, encouraging, and responsive.
He challenged me when necessary and engaged his network on my behalf. I have landed my next opportunity in large part to Terry's endorsement to a recruiter at a key time. I have worked for several organizations both large and small, but never have I encountered such kind people with integrity. During the interview they mentioned we are a family and i will admit i was skeptical but soon found out they are just that a family. There are so many opportunities available within this organization. Leadership is open to diversity and as the company grows are willing to implement change. I am fortunate to have been given the pleasure to work alongside these folks as the company unfolds.
