We don't show you how to pose, we teach you how to be in the posture. We integrate modern movement, science, and yoga psychology to address more than the physical self but to also include the mental, emotional, and spiritual self to facilitate YOUR growth in life. Our asana room is heated to create the optimal conditions for your health.

On the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, Zazil is a unique retreat nestled under the southern arc of the sunlight reaching across the San Agustinillo Bay from east to west all day long. It truly offers the most spectacular panoramic sea view you can find in the Mazunte / San Agustinillo / Zipolite area. Large and beautifully appointed bungalows with private bathrooms.
Due to limited space available for students, cancellations made within 1 hour of class start time will be charged the deduction of a single visit or a $15 late cancellation fee for unlimited pass holders. No shows will be charged the deduction of a single visit from the card or a $15 fee for unlimited plans.
Reiki is an alternative therapy that can help reduce pain and improve sleep and general well-being. This treatment is non-invasive. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it's used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being. During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about healing to stimulate your body's natural healing abilities.
6-Week Intensive, Drill & Practice Program designed to gain strength & learn the techniques to lift our bodies into flight. We will break down the anatomy of inversions and give you skills and drills to build the strength and stability to take flight. Are you ready to explore? Today, I experienced hot yoga for the first time and I’m in love with how the elements teaches. I’m currently overweight, and I’m losing weight. I was nervous to try hot yoga and I put it off for four years. Today, I’m so disappointed I waited and I should’ve been doing this for the last four years. Really beautiful, relaxing, spacious studio. The teachers are wonderful and classes are super hot/humid, spiritual, and motivating. Everyone is welcoming and kind. It is a very community oriented studio.
I think it is the best place to do hot yoga in c’ville! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to The Elements for about a year now and I figured it's time I gush my adoration publicly. From the moment you step into the studio, you're greeted with a warm environment (pun intended). The class starts with soft lighting and chill music, ramps up the energy and brightness until the peak of your class, and then chills back down to stretch and unwind by the end.

Great Yoga studio. Awesome classes and even better staff and teachers. The studio is always so clean and smells fresh. Monica, Kendall and Bill are some of the friendliest people I have ever met and will always come back! Good classes for all levels, heated and non heated! Now with COVID-19 they are still offering classes online!

I’ve had three classes at Elements Yoga, with three different I’ve had three classes at The Elements Yoga, with three different instructors that were wonderful...they are their own individuals, special and unique in their own way! To me that makes it more fun because it’s a little bit different each time. I also really love the atmosphere of the hot yoga room, it has really cool lights, and the speaker system is great!. I am new to hot yoga and I love it, it’s not the easiest thing for me to sweat LOL You will definitely sweat in these yoga classes, It’s so purifying! Thank You, Luke

This is a terrific hot yoga studio. The owner/teachers, Kendall and Monica, are nurturing, challenging, and have good senses of humour. The instructors and the studio space are welcoming. They adjust the colors of the LED lights based on the class and the music. The studio is kept scrupulously clean with cutting edge air filters and the like so there is no off-putting gym smell. The clientele is a mixture of yogis and newbies, and I'm more of a newbie. If I can't get into a pose or lose my balance I don't feel self conscious here. Each class closes with a cool lavender scented towel being placed

I came to The Elements about a month ago to get out of a fitness rut and break free from my yoga hiatus. I became hooked after my first class! All of the instructors are exceptional, personable and passionate about their practice. The studio is impressive in it's design and comfort; it's also in a less crowded part of town with parking at the studio which is a plus. I feel incredible after each class, in which classes vary in times and intensities. You will definitely get a good stretch, become more in tune with your body, and have better postural awareness. I give absolute recommendation to any
