In the United States Tax Court, the taxpayer can start a case before paying the tax liability asserted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This is the reason why most of the tax cases are litigated in the United States Tax Court. In the other federal courts, authorized to hear disputes with the IRS, the taxpayer has to pay the amount in dispute before commencing the case and then sue for refund.

Had a employee who is coming after the company without cause. Terrence guided me throughout the process with clarity, told me exactly what I needed to do, advised me (very correctly) on the right course of actions. Completely on top of things. In the end, he didn't just home run this, he knocked it so far out of the ball park it's breathtaking. I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is one law suite I actually enjoyed, and I'm the defendant!

Believe me the worst attorney experience I have ever had...
Never return emails or phone calls in a promptly matter... Most of the time I have to call back to get an answer about my situation and still no answer. He was paid from my family's attorney, but I'm still waiting for my check in the mail that was supposedly put in the mail 5 days ago from a neighboring community and nothing yet ... If you need a good attorney I would look somewhere else 100%= asap

My husband and I met Mr. Moore through the National Association of the Self Employed and received a free consultation on a pressing business matter. Mr. Moore was professional and seemed to be leading us down the right road to resolution of a burdensome tax matter. The solution involved completing a dissolution of a corporation and opening a new corporation in it's place for a large sum of money. We initially felt this was worth the investment since it took care of our obligation to the IRS, or at least we all thought it did. On Thanksgiving of 2013, Mr. Moore wrote to wish us a happy holiday
