While it took my husband and me quite a while to find a repairman who is a available to replace the cover on our chimney (probably due to the pent-up demand from the pandemic), it was well worth the wait to hire Golden Gate Chimney. John arrived promptly and inspected my chimney. Seemed like a nice guy. After going up on the roof, he just left. No communication at all, even after I sent texts to inquire about a quote and whether he was returning. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Golden Gate Chimney Sweep is the best chimney service we have ever employed. The guys from Golden Gate chimney were very prompt. They were very professional and explained everything to me. Not only is the fireplace working perfectly but they did a wonderful job cleaning up. They even dismantled and cleaned the flue on the outside of our home. I would really recommend this company to to everyone.
