Since I do not live in Massachusetts and didn't know anyone there, I found Mr. Rosenfield through Avvo, and was concerned about what kind of service I would receive. I called him up, and had a friendly and helpful first conversation. He helped me understand a complex estate and trust situation, and subsequently navigate working with family members who potentially could have been adversarial in this context. I'm happy to report he helped me succeed in my endeavor.

Our first impression of Todd was gained from a review of his website, which offered clear explanations of the levels of estate planning and its fixed fee cost. Our no-cost 45-minute initial planning meeting (via Zoom) was conducted by him personally whereas at least one of his competitors performs this "fact finding" in a 15-minute paralegal interview.
