Very disappointed in the new ownership and saddened by the loss of the previous owner. In addition to the service writer Tom being very abrasive, really shocked he could be such a cigarette smoker addict that he has to smoke inside when dealing with a customer at the work station computer terminal. Also, another disrespect issue is not providing a paper receipt work order to the customer after payment and sending a digital receipt only. I have many other professional repair facilities to use that don’t engage in such conduct.

Liberty updated the front end on my 2010 Silverado. Friendly, honest, and fast completion. It’s crazy how fast the job was completed! The truck drives like it’s the year 2010, and I am now back to steering 100% with my knees. Thanks again guys!

Great place to go to for car issues. They replaced my entire engine for a reasonable price as well as gave great service. Also went back to them for a starter replacement. They were able to work with me and got the job done same day. Honest guys here that are close to home. Definitely recommend.

My check engine light was on, and I needed some ignition system repair to get it turned off and pass my emission check to update my registration. I was on a time crunch and had taken it to another shop first which had my car for 5 days but couldn’t figure out the problem. I then called Liberty Automotive. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He understood i needed the repair ASAP, and they were able to get my car in quickly and had it fixed and good to go within a couple days. I highly recommend Liberty Automotive! They are trustworthy, honest, very knowledgeable, and do great quality

We would like to thank Liberty Automotive for the exceptional service provided regarding our project, a 1986 Ford F-250. After experiencing a complete transmission failure, Liberty facilitated the removal of the old transmission, replacing it with a remanufactured one from Jasper Engines. The whole process went smoothly and we were kept informed of progress throughout the project. Highly recommend for service on new and old vehicles, we will be back.

This place was awesome! The staff was super courteous and informative. They gave a window of maintenance and stuck with it. They also kept me informed of progress and things that may have needed a diagnostic check. They treated me with respect and had great conversations! When complete the car was fantastic. Also hearing how they handled other customers over the phone with the same respect was good, it wasn’t just people who were there!

After visiting two tire shops for a problem that started with hitting a deep pothole, both shops diagnosed part of the problem, but not all. I was given an incorrect diagnosis by one shop that would have cost me over $300 and loss of my car for 2 days had I believed them.
Finally, I had the time to take it to Liberty Automotive (we have been using for many years). They checked my vehicle right away (on a busy Saturday) and diagnosed the CORRECT issue. They worked with my warranty company on my behalf and even though claim was denied, I sincerely appreciated their efforts.

I wanted to amend my earlier review as I've cooled down. Things did not go as smooth as I would have liked but I do realize with the complexity of today's vehicles things can get difficult. The repair took longer than I would have liked but it is running correctly now that the repair is done. For that I'm thankful.
The Liberty guys knew I was frustrated and I have to commend them for the way they handled a tough situation. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to make things right.

I recently had to have my brakes replaced. I am new to the area and decided to have the work done at Liberty Automotive. The staff there could not have been more helpful. They explained in detail the work to be done and the associated costs. Given that they had to get the parts from their supplier, they offered to drive me home if I didn't want to wait. The entire staff was professional and courteous and the work performed was thorough and well done. I highly recommend them and will be returning for all my automotive needs in the future!

Buyer Beware! After calling ahead with the work to be done that had previously been diagnosed by the out-of-state dealer that sold the car, I dropped off a family member (home from the military) to have his car fixed. After a full day at this establishment I walked away with a $90 bill for having an oil change and tires rotated......work that I normally pay $35-50 at Mr Tire or PepBoys. The bill was 'padded' with diagnosis fees that was not disclosed when I dropped off the car. After pick up I was informed that the decision was made to close the shop on Saturday since my initial call

Mark is a good business owner. The place is well run and makes an extra effort to be customer centric. Prices are fair not a bargain, and also expect a $50 diagnostic charge if your mirror is broken. The charge is to plug the Vag Com into your cars computer to see what error messages exist. Pretty much the same process when you go for an emissions test, that cost from $15-25. There is plenty of customer service and admin staff to help you as well.

Had an electrical problem with my tail lights solved here and it ended up being something stupid but stupid in this case ended up being cheaper than I was expecting. They were friendly and honest the whole time. They didnt try to pressure me or sell me something I didnt need and got my car fixed the same day. I also had them change out my oil while it was there because their high mileage oil change price was better than other places I had checked in at. Fast forward a few days now and I get a thank you card in the mail from them for my patronage. This may not be something huge but even that small
