I found this place in a pinch when my cars alternator/battery died and my regular place was closed. When I called in a panic they took me in immediately and were very clear in what was occurring and affordable prices! The owner had said he would have to order the part, I assumed that meant it wouldn’t be fixed today. However, he said he’d have the part here in 30 minutes! Free Home Service Center is amazing -- and just saved me from a massive scam with Cherokee County Toyota.
Brought my car in to the Toyota Dealership, thinking that I might have a torque converter problem and had it covered under warranty for reimbursement if it was. Didn't tell the team what I thought it was. Waited about 30 minutes for diagnostics -- only to have them tell me before they could even evaluate my transmission (based on my description of car symptoms), my front left wheel bearing was in bad shape, as well as my brakes, and would need to be replaced for safety reasons. Never looked
