Alpine Physical Therapy & Sports Performance
Our mission is to return athletes, kids, and active adults to the activities they love without surgeries, painkillers, or multiple trips to the doctor's office. The easiest way to treat an injury is to never have one. We offer personal training to keep you strong after you are healed, to avoid any future injuries, and push your activity boundaries.

Looking to take your game to the next level? Our team are not only physical therapist, they are also Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Our unique background can allow us to build programs that increase performance and prevent injuries. At Alpine Physical Therapy and Sports Performance we treat a variety of injuries and conditions.
Services
I am a Colorado native and former college football player who found a career I love in physical therapy. As a former athlete I understand how much an injury can impact you, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. This is why I enjoy being in this field, because I get to help you return to doing what you love.
Physical Therapy services are provided by our staff of highly qualified physical therapist. All providers have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and are board certified specialist in orthopedic rehabilitation. Your physical therapist will work with you to create a customized plan of care that may include dry needling, cupping, corrective exercises, spinal manipulations, soft tissue massage, and stretching deepening on your specific injury.
We have brought physical therapy in the 21st century. For too long when people have called clinics they had to sit on hold, or spend an unnecessary amount of time answering questions that they will be asked again when they show up. Our scheduler and intake is all done online from anywhere you would like.
Our office has individual treatment rooms as well as an open treatment area. We also have the unique advantage of being co-located with Alpine CrossFit with full access to any gym equipment. This allows us to provide a wide scope of treatment from private dry needling sessions to full on sports assessments and anything in between.
In addition, our cash rates are very affordable and in some cases will actually be less expensive than utilizing insurance. Physical therapy is a medical profession committed to helping people move and function without pain or dysfunction. In our setting we focus on musculoskeletal injuries but other physical therapist practice in hospitals treating strokes, vestibular conditions, amputees, and many more conditions.

It makes a big difference spending a whole hour, hands-on with your PT. These guys are rewriting the script for helping people address their injuries.

Zach is the first PT I’ve worked with who understands my surgery, limitations, and goals. I’ve been searching for someone who can combine healing/recovery with strength/fitness. I’m seeing improvements in my first 5 sessions and we’re getting closer to my first post-surgery deadlift! Thanks Zach!

I had a great experience working with Zach. He helped me treat my bicep tendonitis with targeted exercises and dry needling. I really appreciate that he's dedicated to getting clients feeling better asap then getting on with their lives and their sports, rather than coming into the office 3 times per week indefinitely (he's the first PT I've ever seen that actually discharged me before I discharged myself!) Zach is super fun to hang out with and is super knowledgeable about all the nitty gritty/geeky questions I threw at him. Highly recommend, and I'm sure I'll be back the next time I get injured

Brett and Zach at Alpine are great. I've been going to them for the past couple of months for some lower back issues and they have made a huge difference for me. They both are extremely knowledgeable and have so many great drills to help recover from injuries as well as preventing any new injuries. Highly recommend the boys at Alpine!

Zach & Brett are valuable resources when it comes to addressing an injury while continuing to perform at your sport/activity. Both are skilled healthcare providers that use a variety of techniques (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling) to initially address an injury and do a great job in educating and empowering their patients/clients to continue to rehab and exercise while at the crossfit gym or at home. I highly recommended at least a consult with these guys to see how they can help with your injury or performance!

Zach and Brett are great! Very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! They take the time to get to you know your injuries and will develop an individual plan to get you back out there. The youtube videos are a great touch for someone who constantly forgets the exercises like me.
Dry needling/cupping are offered as well.

For the last several months, I've been going to Alpine PT to focus on how to heal some old injuries and how to increase mobility and strength to prevent future injury and get stronger. I've never felt better, and I am progressing faster than I have in years with zero pain and lots of new knowledge. In addition to being really great at his craft, Brett is personable and kind, and I can tell he really wants me to heal and succeed. I would recommend the practice to any and all who want to feel great and to learn how to make your body work the way it's intended.

I have had great experiences with both Zach and Brett at Alpine Physical Therapy. They take the time to really figure out what is going on and focus on getting you back to your normal activities. I especially love that my PT homework is manageable. I get a email telling me what exercises to do and when. It's just the perfect amount of exercises to get me warmed up a d cooled down after a good workout. Also, they do an awesome time programming the warm ups and cool downs for our gym classes to keep everyone healthy and moving correctly.
