Chatham School House's mission is to provide activities and experience that build self esteem, and nurture the children's emotional, psychological, physical and intellectual needs. Allowing a child to feel secure and loved, where he/she will develop an interest in learning, and the ability to participate in a healthy and safe learning environment.

Our Infant Room has been designed for maximum safety. Toys, changing tables, and all touchable surfaces are sterilized daily. In a warm and nurturing home-like environment our babies are cuddled, rocked, and played with by carefully chosen teachers and assistants. We do not allow street shoes in the infant room.
Is my child ready? A child may be five years old by the legal cut-off date for school entrance, but is starting Kindergarten now the right decision for every child who meets the age requirement? Parents shouldn't make decisions for children based on personal greed, vicariously living their child's life, or on adult peer pressure.
Our Mommy & Me Meetup Group is a free, social group for our currently enrolled children and parents and also open to the community for children ages 3 months to 3 years of age. Our meetups are held the first Saturday in March, June, September, and December. It is drop-in and a great way to meet new families in the area as well as a chance to play and explore in our first floor classrooms and access to our outdoor playground.

My husband and I absolutely love the Chatham Schoolhouse. It is the best fit for our son. His teacher Mrs. Ayten has really made such a difference in our son’s life. The entire staff has been so supportive with our son’s transition and we cannot express how pleased we are with this school. We highly recommend this school.

Chatham school house is one of a kind it is a happy environment and home like in many ways. Very clean and welcoming as well. I definitely recommend coming to this school. I’m a head teacher in the toddler room and can speak from personal experience that it is a joy to work for this school.

I can’t say enough great things about Chatham School House. Rima and all staff go above and beyond for our family. We are so grateful we found them. Not only do they deeply care for the children, but they’re here for us families as well. Excellent quality programs! And such a beautiful atmosphere for the children. Highly recommend!

My son has been at the Chatham School House for over 2 years now and absolutely loves it. Miss Rima is an amazing teacher and head mistress. All the teachers are really nice and kind . We particularly like the communication aspect of this school - they have an app which lets you keep in touch with your children’s activity throughout the day . To summarize It has been a great experience for our family. we are very glad to have found such a great place and will definitely be coming back here if we have a second child . Thank you Miss. My daughter has been attending CSH for the last 4 months and it’s helped make our transition to the burbs as smooth as possible. I’m grateful for the friends she’s made and the teachers that have shown great care for her. The low teacher:child ratio is a plus and I love getting updates via an app all day long. Miss Rima has also been very accommodating with our scheduling needs. Recommend this place.

Let me start by stating that I understand no place is perfect, but Chatham School house comes very close for me. I am a really big fan that it is a small. Previously we were in large corporate daycares, which were fine, but the intimacy of CSH has such a loving environment.
I can only attest to the infant and toddler rooms since my children are not of age for the other rooms yet, but I have felt comfortable leaving my daughter every single day since we started. The teachers are so great with the kids, that my daughter runs into the classroom everyday waving goodbye. I love that the sleep area

We are very happy with the care that Miss Rima and the ladies of Chatham School House have provided to our one year old daughter, Livi. The daycare has the intimate feel of a home daycare in a larger setting. The caregiver to child ratios are small and we always felt Livi received the attention and care she needed. Rima also provides gentle suggestions that I appreciated as a first time (clueless!) mom. Thank you Chatham School House!

My son has been at the School House for over a year and he loves it. The teachers are so caring and kind and we love the unique, home environment. I also work in the office of the School House and know first hand how much love Miss Rima has for all the children and the high standard of care she sets for everyone. They are very sensitive to children's allergies and clearly post signs and send emails to parents when a room has a child with allergies. Miss Rima is always in constant communication with the parents through emails, calls, and texts throughout the day. It really has been a wonderful experience

My daughter has been going to Chatham School House for a few months. I am amazed at the quality of care she receives. She is learning so much with all the crafts, lessons and structured activities that are provided. The class sizes are small so she gets more individualized attention. Highly Recommend!
