Services
With Little Creek Home Inspections, you can rest easy knowing that you've chosen the right home inspector. We work exclusively for you, to serve your best interests and to arm you with the information you need. We hold ourselves to a high standard of ethics and professionalism to provide you with a comprehensive, unbiased report on the condition of your home.
Get peace of mind, save money and know exactly what you're buying with a pre-purchase home inspection. When you purchase a new home, you're also buying any problems that come with it. These problems can add up to a large expense. You can think of a home inspection as a safety net which protects you from falling into a poor investment.
Make the process of selling your home faster, less stressful and more rewarding with a pre-listing home inspection. While home inspections are typically used by home buyers, you - as the seller - also have a lot riding on this transaction. Renegotiations after an inspection may result in you needing to make repairs, a reduction in the price, or if more serious issues are discovered, revocation of the offer from the buyer.
A brand-new home doesn't necessarily mean well built. New doesn't even guarantee good. Houses are built by people, and not all houses are built to the same standards. When you buy a new construction home without an inspection, you're placing yourself at the mercy of the people who built it. A new construction inspection allows you to catch construction issues early, before they become major problems down the road.
Just because a home is relatively new doesn't mean that it's perfect. Homes are built by humans, and we tend to make mistakes. Even homes built to the highest standards can have problems due to material defects or simply human error. Some problems are immediately obvious, while others require a trained eye.

Alex and Little Creek Home Inspections were fantastic!!!! We called Alex on Wednesday and he was able to inspect our home on Friday afternoon, not even 48 hours later. Alex was very flexible and worked well with our hectic schedule. In addition, as first time home buyers, Alex put our concerns at bay. Throughout the entire inspection, we were able to receive answers to our questions and he explained everything in terms we could understand. We also received our VERY detailed report within 24 hours of inspection. The report was all inclusive and Alex pointed out many issues we did not see prior.

I contacted Little Creek for a one year inspection on a new home under warranty and they responded very quickly. Scheduling an appt was hassle free. The inspector was professional and the report was incredibly detailed. It was helpful having this inspection to get several things remediated by the home builder. Highly recommend!

ALx completed a full home inspection and tested for Radon. His report was thorough and pointed out a number of legitimate concerns that were not immediately apparent.
At the same time, his observations were not punitive to the seller but gave a complete picture of the home we were contemplating purchasing.
I would definitely use Little Creek again for our home inspections.

Quick response to inspection request and to actual inspection. Inspector was knowledgeable and accurate in pointing out defects found and advice on what needed to be done to correct defects. His professionalism was evident in his oral and written information provided. The fee for this quality service was a great value in comparison to other companies. 5 stars overall and I would not hesitate to use Little Creek Home Inspections again. Joe Cox

I’d received a full inspection report done by another inspection service and paid for by the house seller. Not having experience in that industry, the jargon in the report failed to provide the clarity I was hoping for. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I contacted Little Creek Home Inspections. Roger Baker was able to easily break down the contents of the report for my wife and I in a prioritized fashion, carefully distinguishing safety concerns from performance and maintenance issues. Plus, based on the age of house components (roof, heat system, etc.), Roger gave recommendations regarding

He was able to get us scheduled very quickly & sent over the completed report within 1 day. We will be using his services again before our one-year warranty runs out on our new home.

Roger inspected our new home and was great. He didn't mind that we followed him around the entire inspection so we would have a better understand of his report. We purchased our home "As Is" so it was very important that no detail was skipped during our inspection. We feel the inspection report was very detailed.
On a personal note, Roger is very kind and likable. Roger loved our little baby we brought to the inspection.
Overall, great inspection and experience.

Roger was SOOO amazing! We are first time homebuyers so you can understand the stress of this entire process; but I can genuinely say that the inspection part was the easiest of it all. Everything went seamlessly, Roger came on very short notice and took care of the whole thing while we were out of town. Then he provided us with a very comprehensive report with pictures which made it so so easy for us. I highly HIGHLY recommend little creek home inspections!

My husband and I are a Real Estate team in the Triangle and have worked with many home inspectors while helping our buyers get into the home they love. It is true, this part of the process is one of the most stressful for all parties involved and in our experience, how the inspector puts the report together really makes a difference on the outcome and whether or not the transaction goes south or moves forward. We recently had the opportunity to work with Roger on our last 2 buyer transactions and he has won our business! He is professional, responsive and we really appreciate his format and how
