It’s now seven days since Mr. Doucet promised me a refund on a canceled policy. Needless to say, I haven’t seen it and apparently never will. Dealing with this agency has been the most exasperating, mind-numbing experience imaginable. “The Trial” by Franz Kafka comes to mind. They have continually shifted the blame for this to whoever first came to mind, including me. No words. AVOID.
