Prior to Covid I booked a trip with Jamie who was wonderful- unfortunately she left and I had to deal with Kathy (I’m assuming the owner)- basically Kathy was no help to me regarding next steps in order to get a refund or any details regarding our trip....she literally could find no record of our trip we had booked & didn’t seem to care.
