Just booked another trip to Florida with my Friends at A Premier Travel Agency, Springfield PA. They have taken care of many trips for me and my wife back and forth to Florida as well as two River Cruises, the third river cruise was canceled due to Covid-19 and Maureen was able to get us a full refund for the cruise and the air tickets and a Future Travel Credit for our trip Insurance.

Had the pleasure of working with Maureen. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and diligent. I gave a destination state and she created an itinerary that my two sons and I thoroughly enjoyed. She understood what we were looking for in a vacation-activities for a few days and a few days to unwind and relax prior to returning home and that is exactly what we experienced. Will most definitely be contacting Premier Travel again!!

Very rude, I can't speak for all of them but Maureen is very rude. If you hate your job so much then don't do it. I called to ask a simple, easy, quick question and I was spoke to with so much disgust and hostility and hung up on. Not to mention how she answered the phone. I said " hello marueen, how are you?" After a few seconds of silence I got a quick and frustrated " hi"... Don't go here if you plan to use her. I had booked a trip on my own and called to ask a simple question from a professional. I was told that she works 12-14 hours a day and is not getting paid to answer a question for me

Tom handled several trips for me and all worked like a well oiled swiss watch. The most complicated trip was my Ireland trip, he built a custom trip around the things I wanted to do and filled in the blank spots with options for sightseeing! This trip was perfect! Everything was just like he discussed and my itinerary was 14 pages long, very detailed. If you are looking to go to Ireland, you have to book your trip with Tom
