As a customer here, you receive the best quality of service there is! When you get an oil change done here, staff will text you a link to an evaluation to show you the diagnostic of your vehicle (i.e., green, yellow, red). This evaluation will also show you pictures of your vehicle too, so you can see what they are seeing. The mechanics tell you what needs to be fixed, any potential upcoming fixes (i.e., tire replacement - lower tread count), and they do not force you or tell you need to fix things; rather, they make recommendations in the best interest of the vehicle and for the safety of yourself

About double the price on everything! $100 for a brake fluid flush! $8 for fluid and $92 labor for 7 minutes! I leaked brake fluid and needed a tow and they told me they only offered free towing to returning costumers only! What a shark company! Ended up paying over $1100 for two calipers and two discs, only to find out a down to earth shop would do it for $500!! They defense thematic by saying it was actually $1600 but they couldn't bring themselves to rip me off by that much. I know their shop is next up the Scottsdale area, but man $600 extra for the location is hands down the most I&apos

The service here is spectacular. They are completely upfront and honest about our cars and the work needed, or work that could wait a little to give us some time to save for it. CarLife went out of their way to earn my business and I'm really happy I went with them. I got an absurdly high quote from another shop and CarLife said they could do the same for ~$2,000 less. True to their word, they did. Kathy provided stellar customer service talking me through the scope of work and was very communicative through to delivery of my car. Which brings me to Jack. I was very busy with work so once I paid over the phone Jack drove from Scottsdale to Gilbert (~30 min each way at rush hour) to deliver my car to my home. That's above and beyond.

I'm super picky about who I take my vehicles to as I try to do as much of the work myself. My wife has known the owner for years through her business and has been trying to find a reason for me to take one of our cars in. Last minute I needed front brakes for my 4Runner before an offroading trip. They got me and did the work quick. More importantly I could tell they knew what they were extremely professional. Work was done as expected at a more than reasonable rate using high quality parts.

I would highly recommend Carlife as I arrived in Scottsdale to permanently relocate after an 1,800 mile drive. I had noticed some grumbling in my rear brakes, they were able to get me in very quickly, and diagnose the problem and determined that my brakes were safe. I believe there are shops out there that may have tried to sell me something that I didn't need, but these guys were very truthful and accommodating.They were so professional
and made me feel very comfortable. I am so glad that I chose this place to take my automobile and since I have relocated to the area I will take my car there

They got me in quickly that afternoon around 3:30 after work, and got my issue handled the next day. Great communication and turn around time. I love the visual inspect they send you that actually shows images of the issues, so you know the issues are real.
I'll never go anywhere else after this experience at CarLife Gilbert. My technician Ruben was fantastic, and Cassie at the front desk as well. Thank you 🙏

I have gone here twice both for a simple oil change. The first time, I got my oil change and received my inspection report. I was told that I needed new brakes ASAP because they were metal-on-metal worn down. I went elsewhere (Whitey's) for second opinion and was told I still have 5,000 miles left.
The second visit, I dropped my car off at 8:30am for an oil change and when I returned at 12:30pm, I came to find that they serviced the wrong car and my car was never even moved. Absolute disappointment because I work very close to this location and it's really convenient to drop off however

I thought this is not the place to go to, I went for a 19.95 oil change wound up paying over 40 dollars , drove the car away and had to take it back immmediately. There was a noise coming from the engine that was downright scary. The owner Elsie quoted me over 70 dollars more for a car part then another automotive shop in Scottsdale AZ.
I definitely would not recommend, and Elsie (owner)is a fast talker that will definitely rip u off and then act like she is doing you a favor for giving u the best price around.

I have had my car serviced a number of times at Carlife. The first time was for major servicing of my 2011 Lexus IS. They did a great job and were very organized and professional. Much less expensive than going to the dealership. They had extensive knowledge of my car and were able to answer any and all servicing questions that I had about my car.

I took my car in today for a simple oil change , was greeted right away with a warm welcome and offered a cold water bottle . I had an appointment and was told it would be 45 minutes . Elsie called me exactly 45 minutes from when I dropped it off and said it was ready for pick up. She also gave me an estimate on some basic maintenance that the car would need in The next several months. I appreciated the information and a non-pressure approach to what I will now be able to prepare my budget for. The price for my oil change was extremely reasonable.
