Tire Pro was my hero this week. I'm a busy mom and am on the go contantly. In between driving children to their activities, I began loosign tire pressure fast. I could not afford to lose my transportation that day with so much to do and the busy weekend activities ahead. Tire Pro was nearby, and I took a chance. Wow! They had the tire I needed on hand and were able to help me in minutes. Within less than half an hour, they had me back on the road and on my way to the next event.
They had a wonderful waiting room to the left. It was quite restful. The TV was huge. There was a fun gumball machine

This is my absolute go to shop for all my family vehicles needs. I also have no problem recommending them to anyone.
Nick and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely fair on their pricing. They do all of my mechanical work and tires work. I can send my wife there and my senior parents if something needs attention immediately and they jump on it.

Got my tires through R.A.C which tire pros put the tires on my van. Came back to change out tire due to a leak. Called R.A.C scheduled a appointment. Got to my appointment to hear that tire pro don't have my size tire and that there was a nail in my tire and tire pros pulled the nail from my tire. Asked for a patch in the mean time to wait for the order. But tire pros said they cant patch it. they couldn't do nothing. Also stated that if we couldn't do the wait there was a Mexican tire shop down the street. Very unprofessional of them to say. So instead of going back I called R.A.C and they were

Blew a tire and needed a change. My schedule was tight. I had a replacement tire. They were very kind and fit me in their schedule. Next time I need tire service I'm going here!!
I had gone to Dana tires for years and spent thousands of dollars there on all our family vehicles. I went there first and they basically said they were too busy to help me. All it took was 15 minutes and they blew me off.

Last time I took my car there to replace two tires, my car came back with dented bumper and stripped wheel bolts. They took care of my dented bumper but I just noticed the stripped bolts when I took the wheels off to do some maintenance on my car. They have new employees so it's probably one of them coz this never happened before. I'll think twice before I bring my cars to them again.

Long ago, when we exceeded the normal standard-sized family of 4 and upgraded to a family of 5 combined with 2 dogs; I decided my mom-a-wagon would express my adventurous and imaginative spirit.
My dream spirit-animal car happened to be an orange international scout with jet-black accents or an Upgraded Black and Red A-Team Van with a Mr T Air Freshner.
Unfortunately, my sensible husband explained a Toyota 4-Runner would have to suffice.
Slightly disappointed as my dreams of picking up my kids from high school in a Van blasting the A-team theme song melted away .....but he was right .

They are amazing, I never have an issue with them. Their work is always above and beyond expectations they never hassle me into buying or getting things done that same day,they just let me know what should be done soon and they're just great people all around! I stopped by Tire Pros to get some new brake pads installed. I was greeted by Nick and he was able to answer any questions I had and offered me the best solution. Rather than trying to make a sale, he was upfront with me letting me know I didn't need to absolutely change the brake pads until another 10k miles. My rotors were the main concern. In turn, I went ahead and had them change all the pads and rotors. Even though I stopped in pretty late in the day, they were able to still squeeze me in and even stayed after their normal hours to finish the job.

I just want to take a min to thank this shop for doing excellent on my car. I brought my car in to Nick to get alignment after I installed an aftermarket camber kit. I'm so glad the technicians were very familiar with working with aftermarket suspensions and camber. They got my car readjusted my alignment perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond, I had a slight vibration on my exhaust due to my rear bumper sitting on my exhaust. They took care of it free of charge and didn't even mentioned it to me when I picked up my car. I immediately noticed that my car drove a lot quiet

Tire Pros has done a bunch of tire, suspension, and alignment work on my car at different times. Their quotes have always been among the lowest. I do a lot of my own work on my car. They have been happy to work with me and install aftermarket parts on request. I have no complaints about any of the work they have done.
I wouldn't necessarily go to Tire Pros for anything particularly specialized (transmission, AC, etc.), but for tires, suspension, or general work they are definitely my go-to.

Nathan was extremely helpful.
I called him up today and told him that I was driving a rental car which means I wasn't spending money on its tires but needed to get it checked because it had a low pressure advisory.
Although there was just less than an hour before closing with lots of cars in line to get done, he told me to still bring it in. And although he wasn't going to be able to fix it if it, the best thing he can do is check which tire was losing air and fill it up with air so I can drive safely back to my hotel.
One of his employees who took care of me was also very helpful

The guys here are great! Especially Nick and Nathan, I only know their two names. My hubby had no air conditioning in his car and the price that I was getting from friends was about the same price I got from these guys! I called in the morning, dropped off the car, and it was ready the same day.
The shop is kept clean and doesn't have that dirty garage smell, they have a couple vending machines, and a TV to keep occupied if waiting.
