My name is Mike Holsinger and I am the owner of Surprise Car Care, Gilbert Car Care and Carmens Innovations. My dream, ever since I was a little kid, was to work on cars. It started with working on small engines from my go-karts and moved to working on the family vehicles as a teenager. It’s hard to find mechanics that you can trust. I have never felt like I’ve been ripped off at Gilbert car care. Most places find a bunch of stuff to tack on and run up the cost but I haven’t had that happen here. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I found this place on Facebook. Eric was so professional, polite, honest & efficient with my 16 year old daughter. He explained everything to her so she could comprehend what was wrong with her car. They even do a print out of everything that could be fixed now or needs over time. Very affordable and most important an honest shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Michael and the team at Gilbert Car Care were awesome. While our car took a bit longer than expected, it was way cheaper than any dealership mechanic & called us for each part of extra maintenance that we had not previously discussed. Had to leave my car overnight and they were courteous and let us leave it free of charge & had it ready in the morning outside the shop already. Additionally they checked up a couple days later to make sure all was still good and nothing else had popped up. 5/5 would recommend

Gilbert's Auto Shop is Outstanding!! Honest, Quick and Affordable!! I had my car repaired done and left the lot Super Satisfied with the job done and my car back in Action!!! So happy. Great Customer Service ...Richard was amazing!! I dont know who was working behind the scenes but I certainly appreciate them as well!! If I have any more car issues or just need general maintenance Gilbert's is my #1 choice!! The couch in the lobby is Comfy...almost thought about making an offer to buy it!!! 😁

By far the best auto shop in Gilbert if not the whole valley. Had multiple things wrong with my 2005 trailblazer including a little bit of engine trouble. The shop went right to work on my vehicle and was ready to go the very next day. EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY!! After a few days I received a txt from Michael checking up making sure that everything was still good with the vehicle and if I needed anything else. Awesome service, very professional and decent pricing for the work. I'm definitely making Gilbert Car Care my go to shop for anything else in the future. Will definitely be back for sure.
