We read about Three Lagoons Realty & Megan in our local Carlsbad magazine. My husband and I had listed a previous property with a big, splashy, 'famous' realtor, but didn't get the personalized attention, nor the hard workfrom them despite their flashy flyers and TV/Radio ads.

Megan was amazing to work with from start to finish! Representing Kapture Digital Media, I did the aerial video and photography for Megan's residential real estate listing in Carlsbad, CA. When I arrived, the house was fully staged with the lights and fireplaces on and all vehicles moved away from the property.
