Mike and Ben were gracious and polite... and worked hard for four hours getting my neglected (and abused) car back to the best it can be. A friend saw me drive up this morning, and commented, "This car is so beautiful, you shouldn't drive it!" Not quite the point of having a car, but... very pleased with removing the paint transfer and tire-rubber from the passenger side side-swipe, and cleansing dog mud and fur from the interior. I'm very pleased.

This was my first appointment and it was easy to book and I received a follow up email reminder. I had booked the "Detail Wash Deluxe" but during the course of the cleaning they found some mold in the passenger side mats, front and back. I had noticed a slight smell at times but it wasn't constant or super strong (I don't drive regularly).
Mike was very communicative in explaining the situation which was a first for me (likely happened during all the rain we were getting recently). They were able to perform the additional "Mold Removal service" right then. The after-care was

My car had a leak while I was traveling for a month during the rainy season. When I came back I found a couple spots of mold growing. I wasn't sure I would be able to clean it properly myself so I hired michael from XLNC. He was extremely professional and seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about car detailing. He did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of the car and even found some more spots of mold that I missed. Those spots of mold would have caused more mold to grow if he hadn't found them. My car had been getting some serious pet action lately. It was time to invest in a professional vacuum. I was interested in a pet hair removal service. The owner talked me into getting the full interior of my car detailed including carpet and seat shampoo. In hindsight that was unnecessary. The person that came out to do the work, Ty, was really sweet and professional though. I highly recommend XLNC. My car was covered in white mineral sunblock and dirty from all of our outdoor outings. It now looks AMAZING. Michael went above and beyond. I feel confident retuning my leased car and avoiding charges because it looks so good. I have experienced their to-your-door as well as on-site services, and was impressed by the quality of job both times. My car used to have urinary stains inside from pet, and after a thorough interior wash even the slightest hint of smell had disappeared. Their washer Joe had also done some magical touch on my wheels - they now look like just bought from Costco. Would recommend to people.

Isaiah did a fantastic job on my car--exterior detail, interior detail, ozone treatment, and rat abatement. The engine was like-new, shiny and with no trace of the rat nests. Had my first service experience at XLNC Auto Beauty this past weekend and my overall experience was great. I got an interior deluxe detail and Mike was generous, compassionate, and thorough. This was my first time having my car detailed at home instead of at the shop and it was AMAZING. I had Mike detail the entire interior of my car and he did a perfect job. Mike arrived on time with equipment that looked top notch. Mike was also very communicative and educated me on things about my own car. I visited XLNC Auto Beauty on the recommendation of my mechanic for engine detailing so that a leak could be detected. My appointment was scheduled quickly and when I arrived a bit early I was greeted right away and they got right to work. I was invited to wait in the bright, welcoming space at the Art Haus lounge and after about 40 minutes my car was ready and everything under the hood was clean and sparkling! Mike and Joe offer meticulous detailing and excellent customer service. I will certainly be back for a full detailing service.

My car looks brand new! I had a great experience with XLNC. I made an appointment online for the $300 make your car look brand new inside and out deal. The appointment window was for them to show up between 1:30-3:30. They showed up at 2:00. They were really friendly and professional and brought everything they needed to do the job, including water.

Paying the extra for a mobile felt a little luxurious but when you're short on time and have two cars to wash, why not bring the car wash to you? Ben from XLNC did an excellent job on our cars, the interior looks better than it ever has and he was able to remove some stubborn marks that I couldn't figure out how to!
He turned up equipped with everything he needed to do the job, including a portable generator incase there was no readily accessible power. He also had a power washer and (I think!) his own source of water!

I recently bought a new car so im very particular on who I choose to handle it. I had gone on a road trip to Tahoe over the weekend and my car was thrashed on the interior from all the sand,dirt, and wet bathing suits. The exterior was also in rough shape from the road and sap from trees dripping on it.

UPDATE: Michael reached out and I have to say he's a man of integrity and clearly cares about his business and the customers he serves. We discussed what transpired and he was very reasonable, agreeing to refund the difference and taking to heart the feedback below. He also invited me to come back to touch up rear luggage area. My SUV had not been cleaned since before the pandemic. It was embarrassing. XLNC will now be my go-to detailer. Ben did an incredible job resurrecting my SUV - meticulous and thorough work. Talk about miracle of miracles! My 20 year old car would look brand new if it wasn't for the 20 years of dents and scrapes!
Michael responded to me VERY quickly when I requested a quote through Yelp, and they had availability early the next morning. They were patient with the fact that my brand new phone was on silent so I was unaware they had arrived! My car wasn't cleaned out in preparation, so though I was very embarrassed, Michael kindly helped me clean out the mess.
Michael and his team were completely professional. They were safe according to COVID needs, worked promptly and worked hard
