Todd has worked in the field of Mental health since 1994 and in private practice since 1999. He earned a BA from Taylor University Fort Wayne and a MS from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne. His work experience includes counseling troubled teens in a group home environment, acute psychiatric care in an inpatient setting and working with individuals and couples in a private practice.
Todd has completed a very specialized certification in the field of sexual addiction: CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist). Sarah has worked in the field of Mental Health since 1997. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Saint Francis in 2001 and a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University School of Social Work in 2002.

Compass offers appointments in the morning, afternoon and evening as well as some Saturdays to accomodate a variety of scheduling needs. Compass Couseling is located in College Park office complex. Once you have entered College Park from Stellhorn Road, take the first right, turn left and go to the stop sign.
