At LifeWorks, each counselor has areas of clinical specialty. We strive to create partnerships that best serve your needs. We also have developed many professional relationships in the community to offer additional referrals outside our agency to assist in getting the help you need. Founded in 2008, LifeWorks has influenced thousands of lives in our community for lasting change.
Amy is the original founder of LifeWorks, starting as a dream in her youth. Her 30-year career has been dedicated to children, healthy marriages, and families. Prior to serving the greater Fort Wayne area for the past 16 years as a Marriage & Family Therapist, Amy devoted her time teaching in both public and private schools, coaching youth, public speaking, and serving in administrative leadership in the non-profit sector.

Our two priorities right now are providing continued and uninterrupted service to our clients and maintaining the safety and well-being of our team.

Our professional team is here to offer a full-range of counseling services to better the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
LifeWorks offers a variety of payment options to make counseling easily accessed for you and your family. Please contact our Administration Team to determine which is the best fit for you. This option is available for those who choose not to utilize insurance benefits or the Assisted Fee schedule. An adjusted fee is available for those who do not have insurance coverage or those who choose to see a counselor that does not accept insurance.

I was told great things, but the scheduling has been a nightmare. I have registration emails that never appear and leave messages ahead time so I could keep an appointment. I moved a lot of other appointments around to obtain one with the therapist and it was cancelled with little regard. The therapists may be great but the whole system needs to be great from beginning to end.
