Always on time, great service and very reasonable rates. We have been doing business with Bradford for 30 plus years. Finally, a company that cares and takes pride in what they do. Start to finish. There employees are very professional, very caring people who take pride in what they do and accomplish.

Services
Septic systems are composed of a septic tank and a drainfield. Septic drain fields, also called leach fields or leach drains, are subsurface wastewater disposal facilities used to remove contaminants from the liquid that emerges inside a septic tank. A drain field is designed to disperse the top water from the septic tank into the ground so that there are no back-ups in the home.
A grease trap catches grease, however, they all eventually need to be cleaned as the grease buildup becomes too thick. We provide grease trap services to restaurants, country clubs, warehouses, convention centers, schools, and other commercial facilities. We are capable of solving any floor drain backup, sewer blockage, or grease trap overflow.

Bradford Septic was involved in abandoning my original septic tank and installing a HOOT aerobic treatment system about 5 yrs ago. That was a huge project and they did a great job. HOOTs require monthly maintenance which they perform well. Re: the HOOT, they are very reliable when maintained and rarely require surprise repairs. Bradford has been very professional all along and have a dedicated HOOT team as more and more have been installed. They recently moved from N Palm to Boynton(where I live) so their south county location is good for me. I would definitely recommend them when it comes to septic

I used them to check the septic system on a house I ended up buying. I have continue to use them to empty my septic tank. I find them pleasant professional and neat and clean Doing a job which by its nature can be dirty. They are very responsible and show up when they say they will show up. I also believe that they are very honest.

Everything seems to have been completed the problem is that they told me it was 230.00 and could do it when I was not home. They then charged my card 275 and no one ever called me to say it would be more than the 230. When I called to discuss this charge I was told of course it was 275 because they would have to open both ends that was the charge. If that is the case the person quoted me the wrong amount and NEVER CALLED before doing service to get approval for charging me the 45.00 extra. It's bad business practices to charge someones credit card more than the agreed upon amount.

A home inspection was done on my septic in regards to the sale of my home. The inspector was apparently incompetent and provided the future buyers with an incorrect permitting report therefore causing the buyers to back out of the sale. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible!

I have been using Bradford for years. Their employees are always prompt, courteous and very professional. Unfortunately this last service call will be my last with the company. I have paid the same amount to have my 1200 gallon tank serviced since moving into my current residence. I understand that prices go up and that is fair and not the point of my bad review. This bad review is a result of their claim that my 27 year old concrete septic tank, all of a sudden, grew to 1300 gallons. That puts me into a higher pricing tier. Instead of $245, it is now $290. Not for any additional work,
