We have used them 3 times. Twice in Middleburg, once in Starke. All 3 times our septic pump they replaced. All 3 times the pump went out again within a year and couple of months. No more for us. Don't know if it's their pumps they are buying or what. But.... we Haaretz going with someone else this go round. Tired of replacing pumps frequently.... we did call you and u said sorry about your luck! So you tell me who is fishy! Please feel free to look me up and call me maybe change my mind. But by the looks of your response. You obviously don't care about your reputation. And it wasn't the same house

I talked with a gentleman from this company last Wednesday about getting a septic inspection for the following Tuesday. I called on Tuesday at 9am to confirm the time they would be there, no response. Called again at 5pm and left a message, no response. Asked my realtor to get an extension for my due diligence period due to the issue, so my realtor called Champion and got through. Encouraged by this I called them at 1pm and left a message. Good luck getting a response from this company.

I worked for Champion Septic for 3 days this guy is a fruit cake one strange duck trying to sell drain field septic system to home owner when all was need was pipes cleaned out. He stated I am not coming out and digging a hole to get to tank pumping it out for $300 when I can make $3000 selling a drain field he is a rip off and so is other septic companies in this area beware you have been warned.

I had someone come out on Sunday to drain my septic tank, they told me that the septic tank was underneath of my deck and to tear it up and call them back. I called them back for further instruction on where exactly under the deck, with no answer and no call back. Left a voicemail, still no callback. Later that day me and my husband found the septic tank in the backyard NOT under the deck... after we had started taking the deck apart so they could have access. Given, my backyard is a bit overgrown... but the fact that me and my husband could find the septic and two trained workers couldn't

We had originally planned on having an inspection done by one of the larger companies but their truck was too large to fit in the driveway and the weight of the truck likely would have cracked some paver stones. Besides that, the other company was late to the inspection and the workers did not seem like they wanted to be there. I called Champion Septic based on reviews I saw online. I have to say Champion is awesome! The owner is a military veteran. He drives his own truck and is involved with the entire operation. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He identified some serious problems
