Quality: At Better Healthcare LLC, our interview process is extremely comprehensive. This includes personal meetings, background checks, references and reviews of licensing credentials. We take great effort in making sure your family receives the most high-qualified individuals to care for your loved ones and we will continue to work until we find the caregiver who is the right fit for your family.
Part-time or full-time home care is often the first step in addressing the changing needs of the elderly. Our home care services are developed to meet the special requirements of each client and his or her family. We work to ensure that your changing needs or those of your loved one are appropriately addressed.
Marissa was amazing at an unexpected time of need. We needed to arrange for caregivers 7 days per week for our mother and within one day Marissa 2 outstanding women to help my mother most of the days and 2 other back up women to fill in when the primary caregivers were off. The women she found were reliable, trustworthy, caring and compass.
Q: What is a Nurse Registry? A Registry is a state licensed company that refers Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Homemaker/Companions. Simply type in both the company name you're interested in (BETTER HEALTHCARE LLC) and the type of company you think they are (Companion Agency, Nursing Registry, or Home Health Agency).

We were covered with a weekday health aide for our father, but we needed a weekend aide also. We went to a few other agencies but none of them were able to arrange an aide who was available every Saturday and Sunday. By the time we came across Better Healthcare and Marissa, I was doubtful they would be able to come through for us as well, but we were proven wrong.
Not only was Marissa able to provide an aide for us every weekend, but when someone had a weekend off, she was always able to find a replacement. Every aide that came was also really just so amazing – caring, kind, and competent.

Better Healthcare did such a wonderful job taking care of my father during what has been an extremely difficult time. The staff of professionals treated him with such loving care. The staff was exceptional and helped him while he was in the hospital and at home. We consider these aides angels from heaven and made this stressful situation much easier. We can't thank you enough.

I have been incredibly impressed with the wonderful service offered by Better Healthcare. Marissa Sturner and the rest of the team have been so kind, caring, and patient-I couldn't have asked for more. As someone who lives far away from an elderly parent, it is challenging to make sure that she is being properly taken care of, is happy, and is safe. With Marissa, I always feel like I am speaking with a close family member, and know that my mom is in very good hands. I am so grateful to have found such a compassionate group of people to help us. Better Healthcare LLC has been a pleasure to deal with. We have dealt with a few companies since my mother was diagnosed with Dementia three years ago, and many did not meet my expectations. Better Healthcare LLC is different. They are always accessible, professional, and caring. In addition their office is pleasant and efficient. All agencies are not alike. I highly recommend Better Healthcare LLC, especially if you have used another company and was not satisfied.

When my father became ill this past summer someone recommended that I call Better Healthcare. Jay and Amy were extremely helpful and compassionate during my father’s illness. They sent very efficient and personable people out to help with the care of my father.
