This was the worst experience that I have ever had in a medical environment. The appointment started off okay. Before going to the appointment I spoke to a staff member to verify my benefit, this person put me on hold 3 times and finally stated, my son and I would only be responsible for a 10.00 copay. After we both were seen and dilated, and I was given a trial pair of contacts ( FREE) to the office. Because I was not prepared to pay an additional 60.00 the very unprofessional office manager Debbie told the check out staff member to have me remove the contacts from my eyes or don't let me

I have been back and forth to this place several times this summer. Dr. Becker, herself, is very thorough. If you have an eye problem, she is likely to catch it. This is the only positive thing that I have to say about this place.
If you value your time, you energy, your gas, or your money, you should find another eye doctor. The office staff is slow and incompetent. Called this morning, as my insurance changed Jan. 1, 2019 to see if they took my new insurance and the girl that answered the phone informed me that I would need to call my provider to see if they accepted my insurance.

Front of the house needs to go. Dr. Becker please consider how your business is suffering by the front portion of your business. I have never been spoken to as rudely anywhere else and I am well schooled at rude as I have lived in this area since 1982. The staff have mischarged my child for something that she did not ask for or get. They keep sending statements to our home for something I have told them is a mistake. When I call the tone in the voice is so demeaning and rude that I almost want to ask the person what is making them so hateful. I would gladly take this matter to court so

Let me start by saying that Dr. Becker herself is a lovely optometrist; she is kind and considerate and very thorough in her eye exams. That being said, several of her employees need to be replaced and the business of this entire office needs to be whipped into shape. More than any medical office I have ever visited, this office's sole focus seems to be on charging patients exorbitant overhead costs for unclear reasons. They will not work with you and your insurance, whatever it may be, in order to lower costs. They will only charge you more wherever possible. They place blame on the patients
