RJB Cardiac & Physical Rehabilitation is a locally owned and operated clinic designed to bring you the most professional and quality care. We offer a fully staffed facility setup for cardiac monitored physical therapy, physical rehabilitation, and general wellness programs. We value each and every one of our patients, and our programs are indivudalized to accommodate each patient's medical history both past and present.
Our Patient Portal allows you to confirm or correct your personal information, emergency contact, insurance information, previous surgeries, reason for therapy and medication. Please help us out by filling out all of your information online, including all medications. We try to spend as much time in office with each patient, and it is very time consuming for us to enter each patient's medication list.
All patients have the right to request a different therapist at any time, for any reason. RJB Rehab believes that our patient's primary care physicians should be the only source of medical or medicinal advice. RJB Rehab does not endorse or approve of any therapist to provide recommendations. Every program is individualized to accommodate each patient's medical history both past and present.
Patients who need therapy but have cardiac concerns, we are able to monitor during their therapy sessions. This service is free of charge for the patient. Prescriptions are only good for 90 days from the date of the prescription so if the patient begins late a new prescription will be needed to complete the original request.
We are searching for a Physical Therapist to help in a busy practice and is committed to providing the best care possible to aid in returning the patient to their maximum functional level. Strong orthopedic background required. Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

I have had the privilege of being a patient at RJB on several occasions and have always been treated with kindness and respect. The facility is very clean and all the equipment is cleaned between each use. I highly recommend RJB and will use them in the future should the need arise. Also, they have an awesome wellness program. Check them out.

I will happily recommend RJB cardiac &Physical Rehab. The first thing you notice is the friendly atmosphere. They treat you like you are long time old friend and they care. They were prepared and set up for me the moment i walked in. No wasting time to getting me started on my path to not be in so much pain. It worked. I had the pleasure of working with everyone or really having everyone work with me. I watched how they are focused on making all their patients feel comfortable and do well. They accomplish that with their knowledge, professionalism and a smile.
