Tier Drop R.V. Park is family owned and operated. We are located in a farming community in the Town of Wellton, Arizona. There are unlimited things to do if you have time to do them. For sport, the Town of Wellton has two 18-hole golf courses and there are areas to walk or bike nearby. Shuffleboard play is organized weekly.
Organized golf play is every Wednesday. Horseshoe contests occur daily. Excersize classes are offered daily, either in the pool or recreation hall. We host evening card games, dominoes and fun bingo play. There are dances to 50's and Country and Western music. There are weekly non-denominational church services and bible study.

Warm pool, friendly owners, wonderful long term neighbors. Was nervous at first about spacing between RVs, but it hasn't made one bit of difference. We thought we would stay a week but ended up staying almost 3 weeks! Great community would stay here again 100%. Dog friendly. Happy that it accepts us younger folk!

We have a park model here. People are very friendly. Love the heated pool. There is also shuffle board and horse shoes. Great gathering room for parties. Seperate game room w/ pool table . Very dog friendly. Short trip to Yuma to shop. Local grocery too. Nice and quiet. 5mph speed limit strictly enforced.

My husband was working on a paving project in Wellton and we've been at the park since November. Everyone has been great and so easy to work with. We've met some really nice ppl from all over and have become friends. If we ever come back through this way, we will definitely stay here again. The grounds are well kept there is always some kind of activity going on, either horse shoes, water aerobics, cards and planned happy hours.

Owners are fantastic, very sociable and helpful with any problems we had. All the people in the park were so nice. Horseshoes in the morning are super fun and the people are a hoot! Hot tub is inside and nice after a long day. I can't rave enough about this place and the people. Had a blast for the week I was here. Walking around and just talking to some of the people staying here is a great time. Can't wait to come back again.

Limited office hours, limited shade, and not flexible with $$$: Paid for a month, had to leave after two weeks. They kept the month's rent and then charged another $100 for electricity. Thanks for the break Tier Drop...so glad we could help you with your bills! Other RV parks in town,I suggest trying one of them, probably more customer friendly.
