We enjoyed our stay at beachplace on longboat key. I was happy to have found Sue Vandiver at Florida Vacation Connection…Sue made our rental process easy and seamless. I would definitely rent from Sue again- the views from the condo on the Gulf of Mexico were amazing and overall the condo was in good shape and extremely clean. We stayed at Longboat Key in a wonderful house. The property is called soaring spirits. For so many years we have been visiting LBK, but this time our vacation was the best ever. The house was furnished with so much taste and love for detail. I have never felt so much at home immediately. The kitchen was very spacious and very modern. Cooking there was so much fun. The bedrooms very gorgeous, too. Especially the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were luxurious and modern. The kids especially loved the pool. Thank you for the perfect holiday.

The staff and the properties this company manage are first rate! We had no problems at all during our rental period. The house and area are spectacular and provided us a wonderful respite from our horrible winter! Sue and the staff at Florida Vacation Connection are great to work with and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

The beach front dream house was fantastic. Beach view, direct access to the gulf, pool and spa and spacious master bedroom suite. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating is that the spa cannot be heated separate from the pool which means that you have to heat the pool in addition to the spa. Also the pool/spa heater did not work and it took several days for someone to come out and repair the heater. Otherwise it was a fantastic vacation one that we would consider doing again.

We have had a wonderful experience with Florida Vacation Connection. For six years we have spent the month of March in the same condo. FVC found this property for us in the first place, and it is perfect. Sue Van Diver is always friendly and professional. She answers any questions we might have in a timely manner and treats us like friends. If our preferred condo becomes unavailable in the future, we would definitely continue to work with FVC to find something new. We would recommend FVC to anyone looking for a rental property on Longboat Key.

We have booked vacation homes through Florida Vacation Connection quite a few times and have never been disappointed. We absolutely love Lido Key and Longboat Key! The homes we have rented with Florida Vacation Connection were all beautiful and very clean. Plenty of towels and good quality linens. Inquires/issues are dealt with right away. We just returned from a wonderful vacation staying at a property with a great view of the Bay - it was truly amazing. I will continue to book vacation homes with Florida Vacation Connection again.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting overlooking the beach. Stylish decoration and excellent facilities. Florida Vacation Connection are a very efficient and friendly rental company who responded to our one small problem so fast it was cured before we returned to the condo. We would love to rent this property again but the owners are moving in permanently - what a shame!

Minutes to the ocean, lovely facilities, and easy living describe our vacations at Cedars East on Longboat Key. We love that we could bring our small dog and spent the month of March there for 5 years. Walkable restaurants and great biking, tennis and pool time were some of our favorite activities. The community is friendly and Florida Vacation Connection always had our condo clean and ready to enjoy.
