Very good service and very nice people that work there. Just got my bike fixed there and everything works great I go there a lot to get my brakes fixed and things like that.

Bike rental was great and was a decent price. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The local trails were amazing. Would rent from there again and recommend it to friends.

These guys are excellent. Dropped off my bike for a service appointment, and when they learned I needed the bike back in shorty order, to help me deal with an injury, they did their best and came through.

Highly recommended local bike shop. We rented two mountain bikes while visiting and Terry really went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day. The rental rate was great for a full day of riding, they setup the bikes exactly to our rider profiles, he gave us all the details on where to buy a day pass, and he walked us through TrailForks to show us exactly where to ride for the best conditions that day. We even hung out for a while when returning the bikes and he was so excited that we had a great day. This place has the true riding culture and we will absolutely return next time we are in

I had an E bike that needed assembly and I swung by Laguna Beach Cyclery and they were happy to do it for me at a very reasonable price and they did it within an hour. Brett was super nice and I will definitely be back for all my biking needs.

Rolled in on my speed demon (road bike) a little unsure about the support I would receive, but the staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind and even taught me about how to take better care of my bike.
And funny on top of that. Was in and out stress free. I recommend this place for anyone who may not be familiar with shops in the area and anyone who enjoys good customer service.

A lot of places sell things. This place sells service and the things you need. The person working behind the counter was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to get back on the road quickly. I couldn't more highly recommend this place.

I rented four e-bikes for a full day ride in Laguna Beach. The overall service was great. Booking online was easy. The ebikes were fully charged and ready to go at the scheduled time. They gave me all the information I needed and the e-bike return was a fast process.

This is hands down the best cycling shop (both road and dirt) I've ever come across. They are as passionate and knownledgeable as anyone in the business, but even more so, they are honest and incredible people. Patrick and his team treat everyone like family. We moved to Boston and this is still our go-to place for everyone in our family. They even turned my 4 year old on to biking! Thank you Patrick!

Laguna Beach, I'm jealous of you. Not because of your views (which of course, is envy-inducing) but because you have a gem of a bike shop with the loveliest owner. I came in the day before a long-ish bike ride looking for water bottles since my fiancé and I forgot ours, and had the pleasure of meeting Patrick. Terry and the guys are awesome. Fast service and on point! Other shops wanted 1-3 weeks for service and these guys put on my new Eagle Drive Train in less than 48 hours. Everything is perfect! Terry even fixed my creaking seat at no additional charge.

First time on an ebike. The trip was so much fun. We rode on PCH to little Corona Beach without a problem. Super fun and super fast and easy. On the way back we hit some off road trails in a canyon and it was a blast. The service was fast and friendly, even though they were all busy, they took the time to set us up right and get us going. Really fun time, you've got to try it.

Generally do my own maintenance, but in town for a few weeks, had some shifting issues and dropped bike off for quick service. Terry consulted with me a few times, fixed the original issue, identified a few others that couldn't wait and even remedied my hacked zip tie shock sag gasket. These guys are fantastic. There's something about shopping local...you get one on one specialized service and these guys know their stuff. My boyfriend and I are first time mountain bike buyers. Going into a bike shop can be a tad intimidating when you don't know what you're looking for. Incredible customer service & they make you feel like you are a family member. I live in Aliso Viejo but only buy bikes for myself and my family from laguna Cyclery. I just bought a new Bulls ebike EVO 4 from laguna beach cyclery. This place is top notch. This place has professionals that work there. Terry hooked me up from the beginning. He has a ton of knowledge. The best part is he is a rider. He has personally ridden this ebike. He has ridden it lots of miles, so he knows from experience rather than some salesman. He is the best bike mechanic, and that comes from guys with big time experience! I highly recommend this place and will be using laguna beach cyclery as my home cyclery! As a biker who absolutely thrashes his bike, and breaks things on a regular basis here in Laguna, Laguna Beach Cyclery is an absolute godsend. I've come in multiple times post-crash with issues, and they've always taken care of me quickly and affordably.

Everyone at Laguna Cyclery is an experienced biker and mechanic, and can answer literally any question you may have--whether it be about your current bike, your next bike, trails, or even beer recommendations.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude. We parked in front of the shop to check out their inventory and surrounding businesses and they immediately began to harass us.

They kept yelling at us to move from the front of their shop because they were going to "receive a bunch of customers".

Eventually their attitudes became more aggressive and they began to tell us our car would be towed if we didn't move immediately.

I would never recommend this bike shop to anyone. Their staff needs a serious retraining on customer service! Rather than trying to excuse your terrible customer service in a yelp
