Stayed here a few weeks ago on the drive from Key West to Maine. The rooms are very clean and have a rustic vintage charm, like you're staying at your grandmas house who you love. The owners roast their own coffee beans which are superb and then gave us recommendations of a waterfall to check out. The warm and fuzzy vibes all bed and breakfasts should have. it's extremely evident that the owners really care. We will absolutely be coming back, thank you so much for the memories!

Not sure what the guy complaining of musty smell was talking about.? I stayed in room 16, I'm super sensitive to mold & musty smells, yet I had no problem.
It was quiet, the owners are super welcoming & helpful. The room was clean & I felt very comfortable. The only issue I can say is the bathroom fan ratted a bit. But other than that I found this a very nice place & convenient.

We love this hotel. The room was great, the staff was incredibly welcoming and the blueberry pancakes were 10 out of 10. Can't forget the coffee which was an 11! Very minor issues: no microwave in our room, old fashioned separate hot and cold temp controls in the shower were not as easy to use the single lever kind. These are very minor observations not negatives. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and of ample size. We will be back soon.

I'm a big fan of reader reviews and place a lot of trust in their content and weigh heavily in my decision making. The reviews posted are accurate as if 7/2017.
I'm giving the Killington Motel 5 stars.
Steve and Robin were wonderful hosts. The motel was nice. It was clean. It also didn't have that sterile feeling that the much bigger places down the street exude. Is it super-duper high tech or luxurious? No, but honestly, that's not what this is place is about. Its a place where you can bring your family, feel welcomed, stay the night and be comfortable. All for a reasonable

We've been coming here for years and really appreciate how clean the rooms are, how reasonable the rooms are, the great breakfast and the wonderfully hard working owners. They go out of their way to help you with the local landscape and are very up on the ski conditions. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

We needed an inexpensive place to rest our heads during our recent Killington/Pico snowboard weekend. Based on reviews here and on TA, we booked a room. The curbside appeal is lacking. The office is a hodge podge of tourist materials and clutter. Behind the desk, Steve and Robin are welcoming and hospitable. Our room was immaculate. The furnishings are dated for sure but it works. The toilets flush well and the water is hot. The star of the show is breakfast. Starting at 7 AM, Steve puts out a huge spread complete with fresh fruit of every kind, homemade muffins, breads and sweet treats. There

On our travels we came across this gem. The price was great , the room was clean and comfortable and we even had a room with a deck ! We can't say enough great things about breakfast. Homemade pancakes , fresh fruit and great selection other goodies. We loved the fresh brewed coffee. We would definitely recommend. Thanks !

If you are looking to immediately get situated and comfortable this is the place to stay.
Owners Steve and Robin know how to welcome you into their " home ". Both are kind, inviting and possess a vast knowledge of the area.
Breakfast is delicious! The spread is huge with pancakes and egg sandwiches made fresh.
Don't leave without buying a bag of coffee that Steve roasts himself. The coffee is truly gourmet!
Fellow Spartans, this is a great place to fuel up for your race.

Out of all the hotels and motels I have been to in Vermont, this one takes the cake for the worst one. I get into the room and it seems nice, but then I look at the bed. It has hair all over it and is disgusting. Also, when I looked at the wall paper, I realized it is tearing. Not to mention this place is majorly over priced. The inn keepers have a cat in the same room where you are supposed to eat breakfast. GROSS! Also, they told me over the phone that the breakfast is a full American breakfast. It is not. It is a continental breakfast! Also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I will

I stayed here for a night before a Spartan Beast Race. Very close to the Killington ski resort and free breakfast! The owners were very nice and accommodating. They were very willing to give advice and chat with you. They made sure we had enough pancakes and eggs for our 16 mile race.
We stayed in a room behind the first building. Our room was clean and the AC unit worked. Easy parking. The room did have a mild odor. Otherwise, everything was okay.
Killington Motel is a good deal for what it offers. Friendly owners and close proximity to the mountain. Like another reviewer stated

Such hospitality! I booked only one night for business, and on a Friday night drove up after work from Boston super late. The owner was nice enough to call to see if I was still coming, and was so accommodating. When I got there it was clean and simple and a great place to spend the night. The next morning, the view was breath taking as the sun came up, and seeing as they serve breakfast, strolled over before my job. Everything is home made and they are so thoughtful. It was a perfect way to start the day! Would definitely return!

I was referred to this place through Tripadvisor. This is a great little motel! Robin and Steve (owners) go above and beyond to keep their guests satisfied. They are hard-working owners that make sure that every guest has a comfortable stay. We got a great price for our weekend stay. You MUST call to get a discounted rate! Booking through expedia, travelocity, kayak, etc., will not get you as low of a price as calling-in!

I visited Killington, Vermont last weekend with a few friends and followed the advice on Yelp when booking my stay at the Killington Motel. All of us were extremely pleased with our experience. So much that I have decided to write my first Yelp review ever in support of this fine establishment.
Two months before we even arrived I was pleased with the helpful nature of the owners, Robin and Steve. I explained to Steve on the phone that we were coming for three days of snowboarding and he suggested that I look for a three day pass that Costco sells at a significant discount. This info saved us

Normally I'm a little sketchy about lodges that have the word motel in the name, but I'm delighted to say I underestimated this place.
My friend invited me to come up to Vermont for a 3-day weekend. When we walked into the lobby to check into a room the lady behind the counter was so nice and helpful. We asked about places to eat nearby and she was more than willing to offer her suggestions, but then also told us about the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were inexpensive, for pretty much any place these days.

The Killington Motel gets 5 stars in the context of what it is - a motel where you park right outside of your door. It is not a 5 star hotel in the sense of being opulently decorated with spa-grade shampoo and soap. If you want that, move on. We've been here twice, and will continue to come back on future visits to Killington. The rooms are spacious and clean. You get a small fridge, satellite TV, and WiFi. The innkeepers, Steve and Robin, are fantastic. Ever sweet and incredibly helpful - they make staying at the Killington Motel more homey. They'll help you out with dining suggestions

The Killington Motel dominates the TripAdvisor rankings, with special praise for the breakfast and given that my family has a special hankering for pre-skiing breakfast, that made it a natural.
Breakfast was as good as promised. Rooms were large, in perfect repair and clean and WARM when we checked in. Motel-style drive up parking is great for skiing, especially if you like to warm up your car a bit before driving off after a cold mountain night.
WiFi was very speedy; some of the rooms have Ethernet, too, although not ours.

When we're on vacation, we don't care about luxuries in the room - we care that we have a clean, safe place to sleep, rest up, and great service. You'll get all this at Killington Motel. Robin (sp?) and Steve are amazing hosts - it's like having the service and warm feeling of a Bed & Breakfast with the privacy of a hotel. Their free breakfast is the best! Steve is a great cook, and his chocolate chip or blueberry pancakes are pretty great! Fresh fruit and juices, great coffee, and home-baked goods is all included in their breakfast. The rooms are clean and they look just
