By definition, "Trattoria" is a small inexpensive, authentic Italian restaurant that serves simple, yet delicious meals and wine. Trattoria Italia is a 100% family run business. Our roots run deep in Southern Italy, specifically Sicily and Calabria. Combined, our families have been in the restaurant business since 1978, when we opened our first restaurant/pastry shop in Palermo, Sicily.
Just as we know what we like and how we want to be treated, we want all our guests, including you, to experience these things as well. The menu at Trattoria Italia in Las Vegas is rooted with familiar dishes and Italian favorites but has a sense of adventure and fine dining. There are no shortcuts when it comes to the food.

There some value to be seen in the authenticity and live music, but if your looking for a thrifty place, this is not it. Dishes range from 20-55. You be the judge. For the rich atmosphere and great flavors, I take it with a grain of salt that I couldn't understand a word the servers were saying over the accents and loud music.

This place was a big disappointment. The soup and mozzarella balls were disappointing. The tortellini brotha soup was so salty and unbearable to eat, the price for broth and tortellini was not worth $10 the mozzarella balls were so small and skimpy it was literally equivalent to two standard sticks that you get a pizza joint, for $9 I was so mad, it was way over priced, I can’t believe whoever prepped those taught that was a fair portion. The entrees were ok and not stellar as would hope, I would have hoped they put more attention to those dishes. The lobster ravioli lacked something, it had

The ambiance is good and the restaurant nicely decorated. The live music adds a nice touch. The wait staff was very gracious and attentive. The food is good, but could stand a little more seasoning. The one point I would like to add is that you would require your employees to properly wear their face masks to cover not only their mouths, but their noses also. Many of them had their masks below their nose which defeats the whole purpose to help fight the spread of the Covid virus.

Food was good, could've of been better. Ordered pasta with capers.
Love how they have desserts ready.
The tiramisu was amazing!
And cappuccino after dinner was also good.
The server recommended a perfect bottle of wine.
Was weird, my and my girlfriend were the only ones there for 30min, it was rather empty for a Friday.

Dinner after Christmas ! This is my 2nd time dining in this restaurant. My 1st time was great, today I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese again like the last time, when my food came out it was fettuccine bolognese, I told the waiter Mirko, I ordered spaghetti, he said they do not accept substitutions without even an apology, (they allowed it the first time I was there), well now, if no substitutions he should have said it from the beginning. Very disappointing, if they can't deliver what you wanted then just say so from the beginning.

I cannot be more impressed by what was a happy accident to discover. The moment we walked in you could smell the amazing food and knew we were in a great place. Everything about the meal was perfect, pasta, chicken, the sauces were amazing. The service was incredible, with Milani as our primary server but both ladies made us welcome and at home. We even had a lesson in Italian with our delicious food. My only regret is we cannot come back often as we are from out of town.
I have no doubt we would be regulars there if we lived closely.

This place is located in the Target plaza & they have plenty of parking. We got here on the weekend so we got a chance to enjoy live music along with our meal. It was such a great vibe with very foods for a reasonable price & music not too loud. The service is the best. The last part is the dessert with cannoli house made fresh. We will come back to try more other food option

Having just moved to the area, I have been wanting to find a traditional Italian restaurant and I think we just may have found it! We ordered from Uber Eats, and had the Italian salad (which was phenomenal), the lobster ravioli, and fettuccini alfredo with chicken. Everything was an absolute delight, and we can't wait to try more!

We love Trattoria! Trattoria has been our go-to Italian spot for years. We mostly order delivery on DoorDash from them, but we have dined in restaurant with them as well. The food is always great. My usual is the Penne Alla Vodka with Chicken. It's enough for 2 meals and has never let me down. I have tried a lot of items on the menu and have enjoyed everything. I do wish they packaged some cheese with delivery orders, but that's no big deal as we usually have some on hand at home.

Run don’t walk to this amazing, family owned; Italian restaurant in Henderson! The servers and ownership are all from Italy, it shows in the quality of the food, and the spectacular customer service. The tiramisu is so good, it should be illegal! Fantastic wine selection. I went on a Saturday night and they had live music as well, which was an added bonus! Highly recommend it!!!

Awesome place, great food, great atmosphere & staff Milena super pleasant & friendly. Her parents got a wonderful restaurant & have great food! Best food we had all week here in Las Vegas! Order either lasagna or salmon stuffed crab w/ broccoli. Salmon was tender, light & fell off the fork. I added sun dried tomatoes to mine.Tirimisu an awesome end to a sat nite! Grazie guys! You must try this place out, you won't regret it if u want great Italian!

We visited this restaurant after playing golf nearby. We are from New York and New Jersey and are used to great Italian food. This restaurant was recommended by someone at the golf course. Boy, was he right!! The food was fresh and delicious. We were helped by Ninni and he was a fantastic host. I could not decide between 2 different meals and he gave me a split of the 2! Talk about great service! To top things off, we were going to order a few things for dessert to go and he ended up giving them to us for free. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

Went in on Friday night at 8PM and sat down immediately. Chicken Alfredo was delicious, Lasagna was very flavourful and the Argula salad was nice. Fried Mozzarella and the "bread" basket were both basic and I could have skipped those but Tiramisu for desert was delicious. The best part was finding out about Fridays with Frank. Really nice to have live music and he took song requests. Will definitely be back to see Frank!

We were on the hunt for a good pizza place, my husband had heard of Trattoria Italia and we gave it a try.
We are so glad we did, to start their bread is made in house and you can't go wrong with that. My husband ordered the Italia pizza fresh mozzarella, arugula, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and shave parmigiano, over a perfect crust.
I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs from the Pasta Classica menu, topped with fresh parmigiano, by the way, they make their own pasta.
We had the privilege of meeting the owner, who took our order and share with us her love and pasión for cooking from family
