This was my third call to a company after endless loops around two other phone trees. When your washing machine is broken, you're really in the mood to discuss the situation with another human being. I was expecting more of the frustrating same with Pegasus, and that is not what I received. They were spectacular.
Their phone tree offers you a text line - and when you use that, a human being (a capable, responsive, literate, helpful one) walks you through the entire process. Asks questions, offers responses, and sets up an appointment.

I am a fan of using Pegasus Appliance Repair and the tech who services the McKinney area, Fred Diamond. Fred is personable, intelligent, very professional and has a great way of explaining his work to ensure customer's know how issues are resolved.
He is knowledgeable of units he services and offers good insight on how to properly maintain appliances. I am repeat customer and glad when I see Fred is assigned to my service order.

Was very pleased with the service. For the first time in months I'm finally able to use my dishwasher. I had a repair service come out whom switched out parts, and replaced the dishwasher entirely on two separate occasions. Abel (repair man) was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the first time. I highly recommend them, and I will be contacting them in the future.

If you want an appliance fixed the right way the first time while receiving excellent service this is the company to use! The technician, Jeff that came out was excellent, he knew exactly what to do for the fix and did it quick. He was professional, notified me of arrival time, knowledgeable and got problem fixed. I highly recommend using this company!
