Services
That's our motto at Meadows Assisted Living and Memory Care, a state licensed residence that provides health care services and support to seniors and their families. Our lovely building offers engaging activities, the company of peers and a sense of comfort and security seniors may no longer have living at home.
Raeann has over 10 years of long term care experience and joined Meadows as a Care Coordinator in 2015. She became the Administrator in 2017. Raeann works closely with each resident, their family and physician to develop an individualized plan of care that balances independence with the right care at the right time.
Meadows Assisted Living is proud to have the highest quality staff in the area. Our assisted living services are resident and health care focused, and all staff members receive specialized person-centered training in partnership with the Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of WI. Our success is based on the quality of our Leadership Team, whose goal it is to ensure each resident and their family receives compassionate, dignified and caring support.
