If you want some good seafood, and a outstanding view on a waterfront, Nicks the place to go to. Located near Locust Point and South of Baltimore (definitely worth going out of your way for the experience). Great value. Fresh seafood. Awesome service.

Cream of crab, Seafood Cavatappi are excellent! Jumbo crab is super meaty and fresh. Server was really friendly. Overall great experience. Only 2 hrs seat limit but food came out fast so that's not an issue me.

The service was friendly and fast but also seemed rushed. Our server reminded us that they closed at 8pm but it was only 7:30pm when he happened to mention this. Working in a customer service industry myself I fully understand wanting to close on time, but if you feel that customers may overstay the posted closing time, do not offer reservations past 6:30pm. I made ours online for the offered time of 7:15pm.

Honestly the best part of the meal were the oysters on a half shell. The asparagus side had no seasoning and tasted plain. My wife's fries were soggy and we were never offered any

10/10!

My boyfriend & i got the crab dip, AMAZING. For our entree's i got the crab grilled cheese & he got crab legs. the legs aren't on the menu but the waitress informed us they were available. Both meals came out quickly and tasted great! They have a good drink selection & our waitress was very attentive & kind as well.

Nick's was extremely good & we are very happy with our visit! Will be back next time we're in Baltimore for sure!

Free parking, masked staff, friendly server, beautiful holiday decorations, water vistas, tasty food.... are you on your way yet? :) I was a little leery at first thinking it was downtown, but it is right off the highway with their own parking lot right on the water. Old Bay wings were tasty and average size. Calamari was okay but small portion. But the fish and chips were a great serving size and delicious (they do have malt vinegar too). I was a little unimpressed with their online beer menu, but fear not they have a nice selection of 6-8 (a few sold out though) local craft drafts. Glorious nice

We've been here a few times. The place is always packed. Always a line. They don't take reservations. You can do take out order and eat it in the large text next door.

But if you get to go there. It is really good. They have crabs, lots of it!! overpriced but maybe it was the covid effect.

Everything I've tried so far has been great.

I just wanted to say this is my 3rd time(12/18/2021) eating here. I don't know why I haven't eaten here before. But the appetizers are awesome. Just to name a few of my top appetizers, Calamari, crab fries and old bay wings. But I will tell you this the fish and chips platter is awesome!! It's cod fish, nice chunks of cod. The fact it's lightly breaded, allows you enjoy the fish better. There fries and coke slaw is so good too. In addition you have to try the lobster, crab mac and cheese. It's nice, hot and fresh.
Ask for James. He was our server. He is friendly, attentive

I was visiting the area. We arrived at the right time before it got busy. The food met my expectation and some. The crab cakes were excellent along with crab dip and bread. It was all good not to mention sweet potato french fries. The service was good and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I took a picture of the scenery. It was definitely a football night plenty of raven jerseys!

My son is in his senior year at Towson and occasionally, I get down to Baltimore. Recently, my son needed a few things and I drove down to deliver. It was a beautiful day so we did some birding at multiple spots in Baltimore County. Our last stop was on the waterfront and my son did a quick search for a good lunch spot. Nick's was two blocks away!

The place was packed but we scored a table. The person seating us advised, two hour maximum occupancy on the table. No problem there. Blazing fast service on this day. Some good drinks and some fried calamari to get started. Delicious. The calamari

Make no mistake about it... The food is good, the service is good too. I had the Lobster Egg Roll and 1/2 lb Steamed Shrimp with onions. It was hostess that brought down the experience... there's something about being told there's a two hour dining limit as you sit down that put a damper on it for me... They don't publicize that on their website.

First Time Here for myself and my family! We all had a pleasant experience at this Restaurant/Sports Bar. What was awesome is that we were shuttled over from a nearby parking lot because their parking lot gets crowded. But Their Food and dessert was amazing!! We chose to sit "outdoors" in the tent that they have set up which is where they have the Sports Bar with a good number of TVs and Speakers for the sports aficionados... We will certainly be back! This place is awesome!

Great seafood place on the water. This place is HUGE! Lots and lots of seating + event space.

Started with crab dip , then got the crab pretzel. Sounds redundant but was different. Both were very good and loaded up with crab.

Entrees ranged from crab grilled cheese to fresh catch. (I got blackened Mahi) Everyone was very happy. Food was fresh, hot, and service fast & friendly.

Nick's is a "Must Go" on my list for every future trip to Baltimore!

The food was great but the service seemed stretched for their workload (I know a general covid struggle) but also our waiter, hostess, and bartender all were not friendly. The food was great, but unfortunately was not served to us hot, it was just a little warm and were told it was because their kitchen was so backed up. Beautiful atmosphere on the water.

The reviews for this place doesn't lie at all, no wonder the have 4k reviews and the family order the $70 dish 😋 to share plus it was so fresh and so clean. We sat outside in the heated section and I feel like I was enjoy Baltimore the right way so thank you Nick's for letting my family 👪 dine here 🙏 we love it and will stop here to try more of the seafood .

I love coming here for happy hour and dinner! So much so that this is one of my go to spots when I have friends or family in town.

It can get really busy on summer nights so I would definitely recommend calling ahead to check how long the wait is if you're coming after 5 pm!

The view is stunning and there is a pier that you can walk out on while waiting for your table or after dinner. If the wait is on the longer end you can get a drink at the bar and enjoy it on the pier!

The crab dip pretzel is a must try - it's warm pretzel with crab dip in the middle and on top with cheese. You

Nicks is staple within Baltimore and has always been known for good food and service amongst the locals. Came here on a whim was surprised it wasn't crowded as the day was beautiful. Grabbed a seat at the back bar and Jess immediately greeted us. I was craving oysters so she mentioned the choices and I wasn't dissatisfied! They were nice sized and flavorful! Also ordered the crab dip and I will say this is something all should try! There was just the right amount of lump crabmeat to the hot bread served with it! I'm a huge bread lover so of course I was overjoyed! We also ordered

Our server Matt was great. Had to get steamed crabs even though they were pricey $65 for a half dozen. But I didn't drive 3 hours for nothing. They did not disappoint. But the surprise of our meal was the chopped salad. It was fantastic. Enough for 2-3 . A meal in itself. Dressing was perfect. Would I eat here again. Absolutely!

WOW! Best experience eating in Baltimore for the last 4 days. We haven’t had a bad experience but Nicks Fish house has the win. Great food, great friendly service and fast. Don’t bother with the Mac and cheese but as good as everything else was it just didn’t matter. Really really great.

Great restaurant spot on the water. The ambiance itself is a reason to go to this place. It's not fancy or pretentious, just a good ole American fish house with you favorite Maryland seafood hits.
Our table ordered the fried calamari appetizer which everyone enjoyed. The batter was light and crisp. We initially wanted raw dozen oysters, but the raw bar was closed at lunch.
I got the shrimp salad sandwich with fries and coleslaw. All of it was good. My dad ordered fish and chips and he subbed in the potato casserole side which was his favorite. My mom got the seafood platter which was a very large

Myself and two of my coworkers/friends went to Nick's Fish House this past Friday for happy hour. We were seated by the bar, on the outside patio. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded and all of the staff wore masks. The were consistently cleaning tables once guests left. They also have a two hour maximum for guests, which I was surprised they were enforcing because their were plenty of empty tables. But all and all I was thankful for the Covid safety protocols they have in place.

We mainly visited Nick's for the tasty and strong drinks, but we also ordered a few appetizers. The

WOW! Great place to have fresh blue crabs with a harbor view and only 10-15 mins away from Inner Harbor. This place is perfect to large groups and great for families. Highly recommend you make a reservation or come right when the place is open. We overheard a family who returned for lunch because Nick's was full for dinner the day before.

Jumbo Crab (Dozen for $150) - Worth the price! We grabbed the last dozen of the Jumbo crabs and were so happy! You get lump juicy crab meat with a hint of spice from the old bay/cajun seasoning.

Fresh Ahi Tuna - Great appetizer to start. This showcases

A 3 minus

Good service

Table was sticky.

A bit noisy

Crab stuffed giant ny style pretzel app was pretty decent and filling.

We also ordered a dozen Chesapeake oysters on the half shell.
The oysters were warmish and really a bit dry lacking the delicious oyster liquor. The flavor was slightly metalic or tinny. No briny deliciousness of the sea. The oysters were flat and large. Theae ousters were ready for the smoker or cannery, not top shelf restaurant quality. Not the best oysters and certainly not what i was expecting from a place w/ a decent yelp rating.

We had a dozen large Steamed

Come for the crabs.
Stay for the view.

A woman on a mission, of course I had the crabs.
Went with the large. Very meaty and juicy. I got full after 4 Lol.
I guess it was because I inhaled the wings, old bay. Crunchy and good.
Washed them both down with a cold Boh and. Sagamore Crush. Hmmmm.
Definitely will be back.

Not bad. Came here on a Saturday and the place was packed (I forgot it was crab season). The wait was about 30-40 minutes long before we got seated.

We ordered the Maryland mule (which is made with Rye instead) and two appetizers (brussel sprouts and crab balls) all three were delicious. Then came the entrees. I got the fried oysters with mac and cheese and garlic spinach. Let's start with the oysters, they were fried beautifully (not too greasy or soggy) but my goodness were they bland! They definitely need to season the batter and maybe even add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper. Now
