Quality and professional alterations! Have had nothing but great experiences the several times I’ve relied on Quay and his team. The entire process has taken less than 10 minutes- changing in clean and comfortable fitting room, having the clothes pinned and chalked, and being given commitment on cost and time for pickup. Each time, I received a text prior to the anticipated pick up date that clothes are ready. When picking up, Quay asks that you try on and is insistent that you’re satisfied with the fit before leaving. Refreshing to support someone who prides himself and his business on customer

I never leave reviews but I was so mad I had to. I was recommended by many people to go here for alterations because my usual tailor didn’t have capacity to make alterations in time for my sister in laws wedding. When I dropped the dresses off to be altered I asked them for a quote and they said they would need the seamstress to give me one so I asked them to call me with a quote. I never received a quote and they charged me $145 for just my dress. I had the exact same dress but in a different color for my sisters wedding and paid $70 at my tailor for the EXACT SAME ALTERATIONS. If they told

We recently relocated from California. In our 15 years in San Diego, we came to rely on our local dry cleaner for so many services (alterations, cleaning, our daughter used to play behind the counter!). I called Quality Cleaners on a Thursday to see if they could press our daughter's 7 foot wedding veil. The wedding was that Sunday. The owner asked me to bring it in right away. He did it as soon as I arrived! I did not expect that. It looked wonderful! I was so happy, I could have hugged him! All my stress disappeared in minutes.
