Local computer stores like Micro Computer World mentioned above and many others were being put out of business when the "big box" stores like Best Buy, Office Depot and Office Max moved in. ComputerEaze was created with the philosophy that we would provide what they could not. We will provide the highest level of personalized one-on-one support with the experience and expertise to handle all your Apple and Windows needs at a fair price.

Rob Sireno, owner and founder of ComputerEaze, relocated to Fort Collins from New Jersey in 1979. He graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 1982 and studied Electronics at Front Range Community College (then Voc-Tech) for two years. Shortly after building the first computer for FRCC, a HeathKit PC, Rob purchased his first Mac in 1983.

Home user needs can be more involved than larger companies as you may be integrating your entertainment center or home automation and security as we did in our home office. RAM & SSD upgrades will dramatically increase the performance of your computer whereas updating to the latest version of the Mac OS or Windows is not always a good idea.
We service any issue with any Mac desktop or laptop computer including Mac minis and MacPros! May sound obvious but this fixes a vast array of problems. In fact, unless you're turning your Mac off every night, we recommend you restart your Mac weekly to keep it running fast and smooth. We often get the question, is it better to turn the computer off at night or just let it sleep.
These devices are computers and like computers, when they act up, a restart is the best first step. May sound obvious but this fixes a wide variety of problems. Force all apps to close on your iPhone, iPad or iPod TouchThe link describes how to force one app to close. I recommend forcing all apps to close.
We have used Computerease to resolve our computer problems for the past 15 years. These guys really know what to do every time we call them. I am in my 70's and tech challenged, inspite of that Rob has always been patient with, walking me thru the steps to resolve the issue. Of all the IT tech places I contacted locally for help with 3 issues over the weekend, Rob is the only one who responded back. He called me back promptly Monday morning. Nice guy, and very knowledgable, but not able to fix all my software and hardware issues. Still 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

Issue #1. Some emails that came in one day looked corrupted on my computers and in iCloud, but not on my iPhone. Rob made an unbelievably obvious suggestion that neither Apple's tech rep nor I thought of. Forward them from my phone to myself. That worked. They came in everywhere looking normal.

I called and talked to Rob with my issues. He was very helpful but needed to take my computer to him. He spent a time looking at my computer trying to fix the issue, but my computer was not cooperating. It's something in the computer and we talked about it and decided that it wasn't worth putting the money into it. The fee he charged was reasonable and affordable. I brought along an alternate small computer and he checked it out and I was able to leave with a working computer. I did not feel pressured in anyway. Rob was very helpful. If you have computer issues, I would highly recommend

Great company! Rob did everything remotely. He fixed my Mac in less than an hour and a half, found hidden bad stuff, and I never had to leave the house. He was a delight to work with, explaining what he was doing, willing to answer all my questions, and gave me lots of other tips. It was actually a very enjoyable experience. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this! They will definitely be my first choice next time.

I've been calling on Rob for years now to help keep our company's Macs running smoothly. He's always been quick to respond and I've felt like he's super fair with his pricing. Today, he went above and beyond. When I called and left a message describing my issue, I assumed I'd need to bring my Mac in for him to look at it. It's not easy to hand over my baby (i.e. Mac) over to just anyone. Rob and Matt treated her like their own! They were professional, prompt and worth every penny! My Mac is running smoother and they were able to install a solid drive and help with external backup remotely! I will be coming back and I highly recommend ComputerEaze!

Rob and Matt went above and beyond to help me get my Macbook back in operating condition in short order! They worked with me after hours to assist in diagnosing the problem. My computer was returned to me the next morning in fine operating condition! In addition to fixing my computer, they provided suggestions on what maintenance to consider to keep it that way. I had an older (2010) Apple MacBookPro computer that had suddenly died. Rob gave me multiple scenarios regarding the possible outcomes with this computer and was willing to diagnose it without remuneration. Once diagnosed (not worth repairing) he was willing to wait until I purchased a new computer, transferred all my hard disk data to the new computer to be paid. He and Matt were highly professional throughout the process and I felt always gave me good advice at a more than reasonable price. Rob even walked me through setting up my Apple Airport Time Capsule remotely once I got my new computer

Have had Rob as our home computer guru since 2012. He's professional, fast and he's a kick!. He gets it fixed the first time. Typically I only have to call him once or twice a year.I am not a computer person and he has the patience of a saint and walks me through everything.

Matt and Rob were great to work with and my computer is in better shape than when I gave it to them to repair it. They replaced the hard drive, reinstalled all data from my time capsule, checked for and installed updates and generally made sure the computer is running at its optimal level. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly.

Besides being incredibly convenient, Rob at ComputerEaze is a WHIZ! I appreciated the previous reviews informing my own decision to call for computer support, and I can now happily add my own thumb's up. I needed help with a slow Mac. Rob had my laptop for 24 hours, ran diagnostics, cleaned up some clutter, and wah lah, I'm running like a Pro! And to top it off, my computer came back spotless. Clean, that is. What a wonderful special touch! Hope to not see Rob again soon, but if I need computer support, I've now got him on speed dial.
