This is a great gym! All of the coaches are great. I take the strength and conditioning class. As someone who has done body building and powerlifting in the past and felt like I was missing out on high intensity workouts this class is perfect for striking that balance between high intensity and building muscle. If you want to be a more overall fit individual then you gotta sign up. I am also a college student and they made the process of stopping my membership and restarting it extremely easy every time I leave for a semester of college.

Undisputed is a really fantastic gym. You can feel how much the owner and coaches care about what they are doing. Classes have people of every age, fitness level, body type and skill set; the coaches meet everyone where they are and give scaled movements and excellent feedback to help anyone get a fantastic, safe workout. Plus they have childcare! I am so grateful that this gym is here in Santa Fe.

I am so grateful this is my home gym. The programming is very thoughtful. The coaches are caring and knowledgeable. The owner works his butt off to constantly improve his business and the experience for gym members. I've been going regularly for over 2 years now and still feel so engaged and motivated to get to class. Classes have people of every age, fitness level, body type and skill set. And there is childcare for my 3 year old and 6 month old! Love this place so much.

The best, sweetest and most dedicated group of people you can find in Santa Fe. Between the chains and concrete globes and general quota of rippling muscles, I was initially intimidated by the gladiator/dungeon atmosphere, but I wound up having a blast. The workouts were great, and the the coaches meet you where you are, taking time to teach proper form to beginners like me and accommodate different strengths and capacities. I enjoyed every coach I had--Heather, Dario, Will, Lorenzo and Ruben each brought their own zest, knowledge and humor to the room. The members create a fantastic, supportive

I've been taking boxing lessons from instructor Luis Castillo, and I'd highly recommend him and this gym in general! The instructors I've encountered are consistently positive people who are motivated and friendly to be around, and are clearly challenging themselves to be their very best. Other gym-goers are supportive and welcoming as well. Looking around the gym I always see empowered people whose discipline is reflected in their bodies and attitudes. Just the kinda people I want to be hanging out with !

As a crossfit addict, the first thing I do when I travel is search out a local Crossfit box. I've visited close to 30 boxes around the country and Santa Fe Crossfit ranks near the top of the list. The coaches, programming, and members are all awesome! The facility is clean and well equipped. Everyone introduced themselves and I was made to feel welcome and at home immediately. I look forward to returning on my next visit. Don't miss the opportunity to try Caveman Coffee Cafe (attached to box) on your visit!

Undisputed Fitness is by far the most incredible training facility in Santa Fe! Clean, modern facility with top notch equipment and the best trainers you'll find anywhere. Home of CrossFit Santa Fe and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, Undisputed does it all extremely well. Functional fitness, grappling, kids programs, strong man, etc... You won't find a better place to get in great shape. I'm a long time grappler and own the leading CrossFit gym in Albuquerque and drive an hour to come train when I can. Get in there and get fit!

I dropped in for a wod while visiting Santa Fe on business. Called the day before and Lorenzo got me set up for the noon class the next day. The class was coached by Heather. Warmup was fun with one movement called out by each person in the class. Heather made sure that each warmup movement had some relation to the wod. Skill was wall walks - it was a bit hard to get too much practice in the limited space available but Heather did a good job with her explanation and cues. The wod was fun and challenging. Heather decided on the fly to change one of the moves (from thrusters to dumbbell thrusters

I've been going to Undisputed, specifically Crow's kickboxing class, since March and it rocks. It's not too often that you can get your butt kicked and keep coming back for more with a smile on your face. Kickboxing helped me develop my core and upper body strength which has improved my strength in circus arts.

I started working out at Undisputed about a year ago. I had heard a lot about Crossfit and I wanted to try it. I called and asked if I could try a class. The guy on the phone was super helpful and friendly. He told me that I could come in for a free intro with one of their crossfit coaches. He said that it would be less than an hour and that there would be a 5-10 minute workout involved. I was intrigued. I went in the next day. The coach that took me through my intro was extremely knowledgeable. I learned all about Crossfit and then I did the "baseline" workout. Pretty straight forward

I train at Crossfit Providence (RI) and was in Santa Fe for one night on the way to Taos. I found Crossfit Santa Fe (at Undisputed Fitness) through a Google search and was very happy that they take drop-ins for Crossfit classes.
Heather taught the 7:00am class on a Monday morning, and there were 6 other participants, including another drop-in from Chicago Crossfit.
It was a great, challenging class. The gym set up is open and clean, and Heather gave superb, easy-to-follow instruction on a complicated Olympic lift.
For anyone looking to keep up with Crossfit on the road, or especially for any
