RJ was very prompt and professional in his work on our furnace. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mercurios and RJ in the future. RJ was masked up and made sure to use shoe socks to cover his bits when entering the house.

Thom came out when he said he would and quickly diagnosed my problem. He'll be back next week with the parts to fix it. He informed me that the parts are under warranty and that they'd take care of dealing with getting payment so I don't have to do anything except pay labor. I got a reasonable quote and I'm happy with my their service so far!

Kyle W and Sam replaced the old furnace in my house and did an excellent job. They were able to get it scheduled within about a week and a half which was amazing. There were no issues either. I highly recommened Mercuio's.

Awesome experience!..Rob our Tech was on time for our appointment and diagnosis of what some might of missed due to being an intermittent problem..Rob replaced the faulty part and our home is back to warm and cozy again.
Mercurio"s will always be my first call and highly recommended to others.

Thom was the answer to a prayer! Heat was out, replacement parts were weeks away and the temps are going to be below freezing in a few days.
Long story short, he was able to adapt an alternative replacement part that had things up and working in short order.
Aside from the great technical aspect of the job, Thom put me at ease by explaining the problem, likely causes and what he did to resolve the problem.
I’m happy with the results, confident the work was done by a true pro and pleased with the charges.
I would recommend Mercurio’s and Thom any chance I get.

Have had AMAZING service from Mercurio's in the past, but this time was not near as good. Furnace and heat pump service was scheduled over the phone. Had requested service through the website but after 3 days and no contact, I called and scheduled.
Tech arrived on time but service is questionable. No filters were changed. No info about the results of their service - I had to call and request info and even once I received it, no usable info about my furnace or heat pump. When I called I must have interrupted the rep because she was extremely rude when I requested the bill he emailed to me

Aaron was late from his last appointment, but we knew that because we received a call adjusting his appointment time. He actually arrived within the first window in spite of traffic. He assessed the situation and determined there was no problem with the air cleaner and he then checked the sump pump for the A/C and replaced the faulty unit that was under warranty. Quite happy with his attention to detail, his thorough approach in checking a unit that wasn't the purpose for the appointment and finding a problem before it became a problem!

Was a tad apprehensive because of the recent poor reviews but Mercurios installed our units 4 years ago and we had a great experience from start to finish So wanted to stick with them if possible. Fortunately had a great experience having a maintenance service on our three ductless units today. Thomas Ahrens was friendly, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable as far as giving us info and tips on How to better care for our units going forward. He followed COVID safety and left everything just as it was . We actually really appreciated his unique style and calm demeanor in our home and will

I am a contractor and occasionally need heating and ventilation work done in coordination with the work I am doing. I have called Mercurio's A few times now and they have always been fair priced, on time and have treated our mutual customers great! There are a lot of shady companies out there so it's nice when you find one of the good ones.

Little bit of a bumpy start to get a requote but from then on Jerod was on it personally.
The two guy crew showed up and spent all day getting the job done. Took longer than i expected but within 8 hours everything was done including electricians.
I got quotes from several other companies but Jerod listened to me the best and got me a great ductless heat pump for under 6 grand.
The office staff and crew are personable and call back in a timely manner.
I am very happy with my choice and my home is much more efficiently heated.

Mecurio's has unethical business practices, poor customer service when there is a problem, and send rookie repairman that are not held accountable! Buyer beware!
They billed me approx $475 March 2020, for refrigerant incl 2 hrs labor and know they didn't actually put refrigerant inmy heat pump, as I had to pay $555 to add coolant to my expensive heating & cooling system, by another company Aug 2020!
Find another heating and cooling company! They left my fam w higher utility bills for 5 mos until I had a reputable heating contractor come out to give me a heat pump replacement estimate
