Best experience ever in purchasing my Harley! I had been frustrated with other dealers wanting astronomical deposits that seem to match the value of the bike. Yes, my credit was why. Fortunately, I don't give up easy and came across Twisted Cycles. If your looking at the market and checking out dealerships its worth your time to go check out Twisted Cycles. I hate dealers that use high pressure sales tactics and normally walk away. We came up from San Antonio a 4+ hr drive to see if all the reviews were truthful. Christina at Twisted never tried to twist my arm, led me straight to the bikes i was looking for and was very knowledgeable on the bikes. All the positive reviews are earned i can assure you. Financing was super easy ( I thought no way ) but yes. Taylor was very kind and detailed on the financial side as well and painless to work

I’ve always had a great experience with this company. I’ve purchased 2 bikes from them. They are friendly, realistic and professional. Even when the pandemic hit and I was having issues making my payment. I will be purchasing another bike from them in the near future. After buying my 1st then my second bike here I quit my corporate job to work for Twisted Cycles and have never looked back… if you are tired of the hassle you get at other dealerships give me a call and I will make sure we get you riding today. In the 7yrs I have been riding I have bought 13 bikes and Twisted Cycles in-house financing and simple interest loan gives the buyer the type of flexibility most dealerships don’t offer. Our buyers use us to build their credit while enjoying their bikes….EVERYONE is approved regardless of credit

So this is how this went. I went to a another shop to get a bike and got the run around then went to twisted cycle in north Dallas tx on craigslist and filled out the application and then Javier texted me and I was scared to call him back then Christina called me and I said ok I'll call the first thing they can say is no so I called they got me approved and the whole process was a breeze came to get the bike I wanted and left them it so happy for them thank y'all for everything.

After being given the run around by MULTIPLE dealers for two days, we decided to try Twisted Cycles. We couldn’t be happier!! In house financing, anybody can be approved, quick response, AHHHMAZING employees, and all around best experience buying anything EVER!!
