Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I had a customer purchase a battery with a warranty and it failed after 2 days. Texas battery gave the customer another battery and it lasted 1 week. The customer wasn't refunded there money. The alternator was checked 3 times and it passed. Bad battery and bad service. Please don't let them rip you off too.

My daughter goes to Baylor, we r from Illinois, she was having several issues with her car. Found this place online & made an appointment, she told them a few things to check & they looked it over & found other things that I knew about but she hadn't told them. So right there, they were very thorough. They kept me updated on what they found & price to do it & how long it should take. When my daughter got it back she said its like a new car. So thank u for everything u did for us, much appreciated

Although my daughter had a pretty expensive find hoping for just an alignment and tires the staff was very kind and empathic. Thankfully they offer the Snap plan which pays them and we pay out the rest. The mechanics took time out to explain some extra stuff and Shaw was like a gentle giant with her. We are grateful for the hard work to get her driving again!

RUDE!!!!
We are from South Carolina. We tried to make an appointment for my daughter who is in college in Waco to get a front end alignment and to have an ac blower motor replaced. The lady who answered the phone is the rudest individual that the good lord above ever put breath into! She stated that the car would need to be dropped off, they don’t do appointments, even though their websites says they do. We explained to her that our daughter has classes and a job, and can’t just freely drop her car off. She said that she was welcomed to come wait, but she would probably sit there all day long

Went there because my check engine light came on and my engine was rattling, the water pump, fan clutch, and serpentine belt was replaced. Left it up there Wednesday 7/7 walked home, then walked back up there on 7/8 to pick it up... cost $938. Soon as I leave the check engine light comes back on and ac stops working. 7/9 I take it up there, walk home, then walk back up there to pick it up after the thermostat is replaced...cost $161 with an included discount of $20. Now my vehicle won't start at all. I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this company and would caution anyone from using

Beware! Sorry for the long read... We brought our truck to them in march now that i can write a less emotional review here we go... We went in on a tuesday for front end work. We asked for the bushings to be replaced and for an alignment we were quoted "a couple hundred" and thursday pick up.. Thursday rolls around and they still havent started on… the truck. We drove by and the truck wasnt even there😳🤷 We called friday and they say the tie rods need to be replaced as well and its going to be $1300. My grandma was very ill and i needed to make a 3 hour trip asap. So we agreed

Slowest auto shop in Texas. I’ve gone in twice with an appointment for a oil change! they tell me both times it will take an hour. It took over 2 hours both times. Save your time and go elsewhere. I would rather pay more somewhere else just for them to do it in an appropriate time, not at their leisure.
