Since 1998, Freddie Kish's Complete Car Care Center has been dedicated to providing quality auto repairs to customers in Waco and the surrounding area. Our services include brake repair, auto diagnostics, general auto repair, tire installation and much more. At Freddie Kish's Complete Car Care Center, our ASE-Certified professionals use state-of-the-art equipment in their work.
They provide top quality repair and service and will not try to gouge you; everyone there, especially David DeRosier, is pleasant, fast and reliable. Our technicians use the latest technology to not only tell you if there are any issues with your vehicle, but show you. If we uncover an issue the photo will be e-mailed to you for your records.
I would tell them, the customer service was spot on, and they kept us informed of their findings. Everyone there was super friendly, and the main lobby and shop were immaculate. Highly recommend giving these guys a try (they even beat the dealers estimate). Communication was stellar. My Jeep is running better than it has since I've owned it.

Wow! I had a check engine light come ON THE WAY to Kish’s for 60,000 mile maintenance appt. Turns out transmission issues partly covered under extended Ford Warranty. They found that and notified me (they could have kept quiet to get the work). Shuttle driver Dale is amazing too!! Will be long term customer - appreciate the honesty from Brad - was a bright light in an otherwise bad situation.

Freddie Kish’s has always given me and my family excellent service for the past 10 years so I am not only disappointed with the lack of service that I received today, but I am also surprised. One week ago I made an online reservation for routine oil change service for today. Six days ago, I received a personalized email confirming the… reservation. Today when I arrived at Freddie Kish’s shop, I was met outside and told that because a service rep was on vacation the other service reps had a line of “cars 5 deep”. I 100% recommend Freddie Kish with your vehicle. I am genuinely impressed with their expertise, customer service, and their above and beyond mentality. Never have I ever been to another place where I felt 100% confident that they knew what was going on with my vehicle. I found out about Freddie Kish because I work for where we work… with youth experiencing homeless. We served a youth who had extensive vehicle issues and Freddie Kish donated their time and services to help this young person get their vehicle in tip top condition in order to get back and forth to her job. I have been bringing my car to Freddy Kish's for 4 years. The service their team provides, especially their General Manager, Dave DeRosier is stellar. I trust their advice and the quality of their work. I know that I will be taken care of every time... It is another year later and I still can't say enough about how blessed I feel to have Freddy Kish looking out for me and my car. Most recently I bought a new used car and they performed a "used car inspection". The dealership was shocked at what they found. If you are purchasing a used car no matter how new it may be, have them do the inspection

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars then I would. My truck was making a strange noise so I took it to the dealership first and they told me that the part I needed was on backorder for 2 weeks. So we called Josh at Freddie's and he was able to find it and install it within a day. On top of the availability they were over $100 less expensive than the dealership, and that was with me including a oil change and tire rotation.

They treat customers like family and will give you honest feedback. Stan assisted me and he was outstanding! He ensured a thorough inspection was done as I recently bought this vehicle. We went here after buying a car from someone. They charged us $100 to diagnose the problem which was fine except when you pay that much you don't expect them to drain all the oil out of your car. On my way home (I couldn't afford to get $4000 of repairs which they say it needs) the car died on the side of the road and I had to get it towed. The oil… was empty. They said it had an oil leak so why couldn't they put some in for my drive home?! I would have paid for them to fill it with oil! instead they send me home knowing it's empty! Save your money go elsewhere

I recently had to have a big repair project done to my car. I chose to use Freddie Kish’s Complete Car Care Center, because I needed the job to be done right. They have a reputation for their customer service and quality work, and that still holds true after such an amazing job was done with my car. Dave DeRosier was the manager that I dealt with and he is a great, upbeat guy that was honest with me and did not try to sell me stuff that I didn’t need.
