Kyle has called Grand Rapids home since 1985 when he was not quite 7 feet tall yet. Grand Rapids has so much to offer; countless breweries, a nationally ranked venue in the Van Andel arena and a number of top-rated school districts. Everyone told us Kyle was the best in the biz, and after working with him we whole heartedly agree! Kyle is the most genuine person who makes friends everywhere he goes. I would give Kyle and his team one million stars if I could! I knew absolutely nothing about buying a home... and the first time I spoke with Kyle, he took the time to have a personal, in-depth conversation about the whole process. About 6 weeks later, he helped our offer get selected on a house that we absolutely LOVE!!! The entire process was so easy, and I am actually confused why so many people think this home-buying thing is stressful. Thank you so much to Kyle and Laura! They are fantastic!!! The Big Guy has sold two houses for me and my family and we have bought three houses with him as well. The experience, friendship, guidance, professionalism, and trust you get from Kyle is unparalleled. There are some good realtors out there and some not so good, Kyle Visser and his team (Laura, also awesome!!) are the best! If you are thinking about a realtor, go with the Big Guy. My husband and I don’t see eye to eye on realtors, until we worked with Kyle! Kyle and Laura were absolutely amazing. Almost too good, as our house sold super fast for a great price during a time of year that wasn’t “supposed” to be optimal.
