This place is amazing! I’ve never been to a nail salon that pays attention to so much detail. These are the best my nails have looked! Would highly recommend this salon, and especially requesting Paul. He did a great job!

Absolutely amazing Paul was super nice great conversation great attention to detail they got me in right away. I had to take my father to the hospital he has cancer with Covid I couldn’t go into the hospital to wait, I’m from Wayne I don’t know anyone out here. This was a great distraction. I hope the woman that was in here at the same time as me don’t post a bad review she was having a really bad day and took it out on a wonderful woman that works here it was super sad to see. I’ll pray for her

Ann gave me probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She was very professional yet kind. My feet look and feel so much better. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back again. I had the spa pedicure, which included gel and hot stones.

I think that I am spoiled with my salon in Anaheim, CA (have to shout out Nexus Nails). I just moved to Ann Arbor 4 months ago and felt that I should find my new salon here. At Nexus, if you make an appointment you get assigned a nail tech or you request your nail tech so that when go in for your appointment, you are not made to wait 35 minutes. Here, I was given an appt time of 10am (their opening time) and when I came in, all nail techs were working on other clients and I waited 35 minutes.

I got a full set of acrylic nails here for the first time and had an amazing experience! The lady who did my nails was so professional and skilled. She was very precise and gave me exactly the nail design and shape I wanted. I'm so impressed with the service here, I am so in love with my new nails 😍 definitely will be coming back!

Our experience (my mother and I) was entirely wonderful! Outside of the exceptional nails, the staff was super kind, had great technical knowledge of the process, and cared about making sure our nails came out exactly as asked. The salon is very clean and was cleaned between clients. I would book ahead in the future because they are very popular but we were able to get a manicure pedicure (gel) on walk in. Ten out of ten would recommend lol

I have been here twice and have had a good experience both times. The first time I got some fancy black and white nail tips. My (shellac) manicure never chipped for the entire month I had it. For the second manicure I did a fun Day of the Dead theme (pictured). I brought in some nail stickers and they were able to cut and apply them to fit my nails.

I got married this past weekend and got my nails done here first. I got a full set of acrylics with cats eyes and then gems on 2 fingers. The girl who did my nails put these gems on like a boss. I didn't know magnetic nail polish was a thing and of course was impressed by that. She helped my through my decision making though. then when we started she stayed focused and was attentive to the burning feeling on my cuticles. I would define my go back there!

I love this place! I have tried multiple other nail salons in Ann Arbor, and keep coming back to A2. Staff is incredibly friendly and pays close attention to detail and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. I have also been impressed with safety measures during Covid and feel comfortable being in the salon (which I can't say about numerous other places around Ann Arbor). My nails have looked great every time and lasted for weeks! I haven't had any issues with gels chipping like other reviewers and even regular polish on my toes lasts forever. Only 4/5 stars because it is more

The male owner is absolutely meticulous when it comes to your nails. It will take you a little longer than your average place so be aware of that if you are on a lunch break or something.
HOWEVER - my last gel manicure from here lasted an entire month (no joke) before it started to peel around the edges!

Today was my first experience at A2 Nails Spa and I had such a wonderful experience! I called early this morning and they were able to fit me in for a reservation which was amazing considering how booked they were. Linda did my nails, and she was so helpful and meticulous. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it (HA!). She was so patient and took the time to show me what different dip powders looked like so I could choose. I will admit that the prices are more expensive than other salons, but in my opinion it was well worth it. Linda was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing,

Linda did my pedicure - I have never had someone spend so much time on each part of the process (including each individual nail)!! My nails turned out absolutely beautiful. I will be back & will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Just had a fantastic experience with Vivienne. I had a spa pedicure and shellac manicure done. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She was accommodating of my requests and did a great job. After years of poor experiences in and around Northville I decided to drive out here and try them out based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. She only works Sundays but I'll be certain to try out the other staff members and definitely return to see Vivienne when Sunday suits my schedule. 1000s of of polish and shellac/dip options as well. Updated review during COVID 19: they are doing a great job with safety here- limited customers, plexiglass shields, everyone wears mask and they screen temperature at the door. No wait time. Make sure to call ahead to make appointment. I am a nail biter and they have helped me stop biting and they are so kind and helpful, take their time and do a wonderful job on natural nails and cuticle care.
