Kyle was wonderful! Didn’t end up needing his services in the end, but he helped us to better understand our simple situation following my fathers death during our consultation. I called several attorneys regarding a probate case. Most attorneys spent very little time analyzing the facts or simply did not call back. Mr. Robbins called me back personally and asked me questions about the case and gave me his honest opinion. He was a breath of fresh air. The Kyle Robbins team were GREAT to work with. I used them for probate for my Mom and Step-Father. I was worried ahead of time that they would try to nickel and dime me to drive up the cost of their services, but they did exactly the opposite. For example, when dealing creditors they pointed out when it would cost more for them to contact the creditor to negotiate a reduction in the bill versus just paying the small amount of the bill. They also used their lower cost paralegal staff to do work when possible to again keep the cost to a minimum. They were VERY professional and always responded quickly

I reached out to Kyle Robbins when I lost my husband in February 2021. Kyle was quick to respond to me. He advised me on what to expect, what information they would need from me, and what they will be doing for me. They handled the probate of the will and my Estate Planning. I realized that my mom's will was outdated and over 10 years old. I had no idea where to start on getting her will updated and so I began an extensive internet search, reading all reviews trying to find the right person to handle my affairs. His numerous awards speak for themselves as well as the fact he attended the UT Law School in Austin on a scholarship from the Dean's Presidential Scholarship. Kyle Robbins stands out among many estate planning attorneys in Austin. We have a fairly sizable asset and we have been exploring a number of well-known firms in the Austin area. Our experience with other firms has been very negative. In almost all cases, they are either playing into your fear and/or nickle and dime you to death. - including options that are standard in any estate planning. One of the well known firms (the founder himself nonetheless..) basically told us - "hope you don't die soon as you do not have an estate plan with us!!!" No Joke!
