Probably the cleanest motel/hotel I have occupied outside of Disney World. I could not believe how clean it was. The indoor pool area is also very clean.
We spent the night after spending the day at Tahquamenon Falls. We called ahead to make sure dogs were allowed. Front office staff was friendly. We had some trouble with the television and someone came over right away to fix it. There is a large green space in the back for dogs and kids to run and stretch their legs after a long car journey.

We had a room in the main building and it seemed brand new! Everything was great. Fridge in the room. Only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room. There was one in the main lobby and coffee was supposed to be ready at 7:30 (still a little late for travelers). The desk gal overslept and so the coffee wasn't ready til after 8.

Friendly staff and very clean. Nice and quiet. The rooms were decent sizes. We needed 2 beds so got a room with 2 bedrooms. It would be perfect for kids since there was a door that could be closed and that room had no tv. The bathroom was nice and big. Overall very comfortable & priced nicely. We would stay here again.

Other then the town itself not offering much as far as shopping and dining- this motel offered clean and comfy accommodations. The indoor heated pool was really nice and our kids enjoyed it. We stayed for 2 days and had a nice quiet visit. Perfect location for visiting Tahquenom Falls and Munising- would stay again! Def a no frills

Have to say that this is a pretty great little place! There are 3 adults and 3 kids in our group so a hotel to accommodate everyone easily in 1 room wasn't going to be easy. Looking at this place online I saw that they offered rooms with 3 queen beds in them! Huge life saver at a great price! Bathroom looks like its a brand new remodel! If this was anywhere but the UP I would have marked it down for the appearance of the carpet however winter season with snowmobile's is the busy season so people walking into rooms with snow boots on won't do anything good to any carpet so I can&apos
