On 7-12 I was involved in a total collision crash. Just not what you want on a Monday. Of all the things I knew had to handle my insurance was the thing that literally handled itself!! Laura, Alicia and Mckensie were the best. My claim was handled, paid and I was in my new vehicle the next Monday! Thank to all!

I have been with Jamie Eagles for years & I cannot say enough good things about him & his staff. Any time I need to add equipment to my policy, up the coverage, etc., they immediately get it taken care of. Also, I’m so thankful for the friendship that has come from this business with them. Our family has been taken care of by this family of State Farm professionals for decades. We moved from Shreveport to Baton Rouge a few years ago, but Jamie Eagles State Farm, and primarily Alicia Upton, will remain our agent for our homes, automobiles, apartment rentals, car loans, and our personal liability umbrella policy. It’s nice to be able to dial in number we know by heart and talk to a person who knows us by name whenever we need anything. If it would let me give 6 stars I would! Kaylie contacted me about a life insurance policy that she thought fit my needs, so I signed up.
