Water damage to basements from electric grid failure to sump pumps can be destructive and expensive. We install water powered sump pump backup devices that use house hold water pressure to power them. When power is lost and the sump water rises over the primary pump, a float valve sends a water signal that opens the backup hydraulic water valve and the sump is sucked out like a giant soda straw.
They have a micro processor brain that senses every draw of water precisely, eliminating need for pressure tanks and pressure switches, that were prone to failure. This pump is almost inaudible when running and will bring you the house pressure you have never had, including to your irrigation system if you have one.
I particularly appreciated the fact that you were able to complete the design and installation without having to break any concrete and with very little disturbance to the lawn and flower areas. Your crew was very careful and made every effort to install the underground services with very little disruption to the bedding and lawn areas.
