Services
At the Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, we strive to make your admission process seamless so that you can receive the care you need to heal. A member of our admissions team will assist you as you explore placement options in our rehabilitation, sub-acute care and skilled nursing programs.
At Advanced, we do our utmost to help you or your loved one recover maximum functionality following an illness, accident, surgery or hospitalization. Patients who require short-term skilled care benefit from the comprehensive services offered in our recuperative rehabilitation program. Our caring team of experienced physical and occupational therapists work to enhance strength and flexibility, reduce pain, improve gait and raise safety awareness.

Had a very positive experience. The nurses, aids & therapists were great. Everyone was very nice & helpful. They have a big courtyard so u can spend time outside. Have several activities throughout the day. A nursing home / rehab is a big undertaking. Not every place is for everyone but Advanced was perfect for me.

I have a family member that's been being cared here for sometime now! I have to say that I so not happy with how there being cared for! Your structure is nice on the first floor but internally needs for the residents aren't being met! Yu should look into nurse but the name of Yvonne that works for your facility. She is mis treating and I don't think this would look good. If you don't take action. I'll will have the seek

Since I have walked through the doors here I have been treated royally. From the custodians all the way to the top, everyone I have met has been extremely courteous. The rehab had been wonderful, they have done their very best to help me. They have taught me how to strengthen my hand and helped my balance, They have helped me with so many things I can not put it into words.

EXCEPTIONAL!! No words can describe the awesome care my uncle receives at Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehab. (I had two aunts there as well, last year). The facility is exceptional on all ends. Outstanding nursing care, the staff is compassionate and caring. Rehab is amazing, they work wonders. Food is delicious, Dad never lets me bring outside food, he loves the food. Recreation does a great job, always something fun happening, just positive vides throughout the facility at all times. The facility is in great condition, very well kept and always shining. Would definitely recommend!!!

My experience at Advanced Nursing and Rehabilitation was exceptional. The room they provided was newly renovated and gave me all the necessities I needed. The nursing staff the aids and the administration were all available and exceeded my expectations . In A tough time like this with two broken legs they not only nursed me back to health they were also an important emotional support, my cheering section so to speak. I would recommend Advanced to anybody who is looking for the services they provide.

I've been here for a year and five months, and have had two spinal cord surgery's which were terribly painful, but with the help of my nurses and aids my transition was made much easier. The head staff, prior to our temporary move was not capable or professional, and the transition has been timely but a major improvement, as well as the new renovations. Over all once the upper floors are done this will be a beautiful place !
