Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital was established in 2009. The name "Seven Hills" was inspired by the beautiful landscape of San Francisco and the namesake refers to the historic hills of the city: Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Rincon Hill, Mount Sutro, Twin Peaks (north and south) and Mount Davidson. We wanted our name reflect the affection we have for the entire city and its culture.
Our patients population is as diverse as the Bay Area. We see cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes with all sorts of personalities and lifestyles! As the veterinary hospital for your urban companion, we have a wonderful appreciation for the intricacies of city life.

Our extensive services include internal medicine, wellness and preventative care, dental services, diagnostic services, surgical procedures, ultrasound, radiology, behavioral consultations and nutritional counseling. Our hospital features an on-site laboratory and pharmacy in order to diagnosis and treat our patients promptly and accurately.

We just got a puppy and I saw that so many of my neighbors loved this vet. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone treated our little girl so well and the vet was so lovely! Definitely recommend this practice if you’re looking for a veterinarian!

Good vets are hard to come by and these guys are the best! I trust them with our sick pup Calvin, they never try and rip you off, they treat him like one of their own. Always very responsive over the phone, we love Dr. Thompkins but have seen many when he’s unavailable and everyone seems very skilled, caring and kind.

I have been bringing my dog to Seven HIlls for 14 years. First, he has lived 14 happy, healthy years. Thanks Seven Hills. From the front desk to the doctors in the back, everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Doctor Thompkins takes time to answer all of my questions and give me all of the information I need to make decisions about my dog's health.
