I just wanted to also include Stephanie in my review of One Spot Mobility. Stephanie was the employee that brought the scooter to me in the middle of the day and also she was the one who picked up the scooter the following morning. She was so kind and so efficient. These employees really go above and beyond and I can't thank you enough for making my Disneyland trip a success!

We rented 2 scooters for NYE and the whole process was so convenient with daily drop off For the two days we went to Disneyland. Long battery power, too! We actually got lost riding the scooters the complete opposite direction of the shop... to drop off NYE, but it kept us rolling after A very long day. Thank goodness.

One Stop Mobility has had my $161 for almost two months now and after talking to four people over the months, they say soothing words and apologize but then do not return the money. The reason I initially canceled is that they cannot drop off and pick up the scooter unless you hang out in the hotel lobby during their limited window! They forgot to mention that.
I found Scooter Bug was $118 and dropped off before you arrive and pick up after you leave so I was able to step from my car directly into the scooter! So comforting.
I guess the next step is to protest this through my credit card co

staff is friendly and provide prompt service.
they have scooters and wheelchair for rent and
will deliver for nearby hotel if needed.
we need wheelchair for mom due she hurts her feet and can't walk far. Disneyland has wheelchair rental with in-outs privilege within the park but mom still need to walk to gate to pick up the wheelchair which won't work for us
definitely will use them in the future if need arise.

Totally accommodating to my last minute plea for help, and they totally delivered can't thank the girls that helped me out for making ends meet and going above and beyond to make it happen.

The scooter I received looked like it had been in an accident. It was dented, scratched and missing trim. In addition, the tires had no tread which made the ride bumpy. It did not operate well either. There was a jerky movement when starting and it did not stop quickly. I almost ran into people a couple of times because it took a day to figure out how to operate it because of the jerky starting and slow stopping issues. There was also a squeaky whining noise the entire time while operating the scooter. It apparently needs a complete overhaul or the junk pile. I was seriously disappointed and

I rented an electric scooter from this company to go to Disneyland. While I was waiting in line for a ride a part of the bottom of the scooter fell off. I had not bumped into anything and I have witnesses who saw it happen. I contacted the company and they said that they would charge me for the damages even though I did not cause the damage. Called to reserve a power chair for my upcoming visit to disney. The person who answered the phone asked me for my name and phone number so they could call me back. Sure no problem. They called me back about 6 hours later and I didnt hear the phone ringing. I called them back but no one answered. The next day I call again and the same thing happens - i tell them Im returning their call but they say they are too busy to help me but will call me back. The return call never comes. I reserved for our Disney trip but had to cancel. That was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've spoken to Ele, Vicky & Kevin...none have been able to resolve this. I was told the owner was on vacation and not accepting emails so I had to wait until that person returned.
Then I was told the refund request was submitted and would take a few days. Last update was with Kevin, who was suppose to talk with the owner and then call me back. HE NEVER DID!!
Their customer service is atrocious and I will not recommend this business to anyone!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of placing One Stop on my website to assist my patients with easy access to a zero gravity chair for recovery but I have now removed them as they were not professional and my patient had a male tech that argued with her about why it wasn't working while making sure she knew by no uncertain terms that she would NOT be getting a refund, which she didn't even ask for. She used the chair for 4 hours and it broke so I had to assist her to crawl out of it after she had a major abdominal surgery. To my amazement, even though they were closed, Ryan came to my rescue. He asked many questions to choose the right wheelchair and then delivered it to my hotel. I needed a knee scooter for planned surgery, with the crazy Covid my surgery was rescheduled twice and planning was hectic. Since Disneyland & DCA have been closed, I'm so very happy to find One Stop Mobility is open during this pandemic to help me get ECV for shopping/dining in Downtown Disney. Great customer service when I call ahead 1-3 days in advance, setup schedule for rental & I either complete forms online or in person while wearing masks at all times. Pickup at office & return is easily done by call/text 30mins in advance. Thanks everyone for smooth transactions each time I need you- you are all lifesavers!! Excellent teamwork!!

My family and I were doing a vacation to Disneyland. Because of a bad back I decided to rent a scooter for our trip. The location of the rental was very convenient - in the Camelot Hotel we were staying at. All of the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE don't bother making a reservation they will just totally disregard this and give away anything that you reserve. Made a reservation at 8 am for a scooter showed up here to pick it up for my trip to Disneyland with my family and was told some excuse by Anna and her staff, "Oh sorry, I wasn't here all day and even though we had this on the calendar as reserved somebody rented it out" umm okay thanks for NOTHING. Not even remorseful or helpful in helping us find another one around here.

VERY Friendly service, affordable, convenient location (across from Disneyland at the Camelot Hotel). It was a very easy transaction, easy pick up and return. My only negative was that the double stroller I rented was breaking (seats were ripping) and it didn't come with a bottom basket (assumed that would be included). It served its purpose though and helped us tremendously with both kiddos.
Also, for pick ups, they don't provide you an email confirmation or any confirmation so I was a little worried closer to my reservation date. I did call and they said

So irritated with them and I've barely even used the scooter. We arrived at the hotel and they dropped it off- outside. In the rain. After I signed paperwork saying I wouldn't get it wet. Cool. So then I also realized the scooter they brought wasn't the one I paid for, but a lower model. So they ask me to drive the scooter over to them at another hotel. No! It's freaking SOAKING wet. There was a puddle inside the back where the plugs were being stored!
So they bring me the right sized one. Took forever. I'm so irritated and annoyed I wish I went with a different company

I have rented from this place a few times and have always had a great experience..Everybody is very nice. .there scooters are clean,charged up and ready to go with no problem. Last time we rented a scooter in September was for a WWE event and I contacted them a few hours before I needed to get to the event and as always they never disappoint !!! I would rent from them again hands down......They are the best!!

When I needed their help most to get a wheelchair quickly for my mom who had suffered a fall and fractured her pelvis they were there to provide what we needed most. The customer service agent was very helpful and answered all my questions. The service was prompt and my 84 year old dad really enjoyed his visit because he didn't have to try to walk everywhere.
The scooter that came apart into pieces so we could transport it was perfect and easy to assemble and take apart. I asked for it to be delivered to our motel the night before our outings so we wouldn't have to wait to start our day. They had no problem doing that for us and it was waiting for us when we checked in.
The battery lasted all day when we went to the aquarium. After charging it that night

We had a great experience renting a scooter for my husband from this business. They were very friendly and helpful and best of all the rental price was great.
We definitely will rent from them in the future and possibly purchase a new scooter from them in the near future.

We had never needed a wheelchair or scooter for our trips so I was a little nervous about the whole experience.
I called a few days ahead of our trip, and was able to have all my questions answered, and my reservation set up and paid for within about 20 minutes!
One of my concerns was making sure the scooter was ready to use before we head out, and the delivery was perfect! It was ready to go inside our hotel lobby, and all I had to do was ask the front desk for the keys.
Overall, a great company and service that helped us have a fun and successful trip to Disneyland!

We just rented two mobility scooters for two days in Disneyland. They go home at 9pm so I was worried about what would happen if our scooters broke after 9pm in Disneyland and asked who I could call and Naiara sent me the Tech's number. Vicki was super understanding when we we took the wrong exit and were a few minutes late when she was dropping off our scooters.
The battery on my scooter stayed full throughout Disneyland and my dad had to charge his in Disneyland before we left the park. Overall, it was a great experience with customer service and the equipment. I will definitely go
