These guys are the best. My Vespa was recently stolen and Scott from their service team was a total pro getting the scooter back up and running again and looking great, giving a fair quote and fast service to even return it to me same day.
I'd also like to add that this is the same in-person location for Scooter West, so they have all the parts and accessories on hand that you might need.
Bonus also to the comfortable waiting are including Wi-Fi, nice couch, clean bathroom, etc for if you have to wait there for any services.
If I could give 6 stars I would!

I can't believe I've never written a review for Vespa Motorsport. Such great folks here and they openly share their knowledge and expertise. The service department is spotless and they'll inspect your scooter and provide service recommendations. They carry a huge line of parts and accessories for almost every bike.

They did a great job fixing my vespa from an annoying issue I had about the fuse blowing. Very accomodating and nice staff at the facility. Fair pricing, i felt like i got my money's worth and they definitely didn't try to upsell me on anything. Instead, they took my needs into account, recommended me the best option (not the priciest) and helped me install the accessories i purchased.

I bought my Piaggio Liberty about 3 months ago and I'm obsessed! I didn't know much about scooters so I watched Robot's YouTube videos to decide which model was best for me- he has also taught me so much more & is amazing at explaining the 'why's in simple enough terms for me to understand. TC was also amazing help when buying at the dealership- very personable and happy to help! The entire team just made it an overall fun and exciting experience & I highly recommend!

Shout out to JEFF in the service department!!! I was referred to Vespa Motorsport by a local motorcycle dealership to have a sidewinder key cut. Not many locksmiths were readily available and willing to cut my key blank for my Ducati. I rolled into the shop, Jeff was the first one to greet me and he's super friendly, not to mention extremely proficient. He had my key cut super quick and it was perfect! The cuts were on the inside of the key blank (not a traditional vehicle key) and is highly recommend him and the shop. I've been told some locksmiths can ruin the $100 Ducati key but

As Covid is hitting businesses in different ways, I try to be very patient and understand individual circumstances. However, after years of giving my business to Vespa motorsport - and certainly their repair department - I was very discouraged by their recent response. When I wanted to have my bike serviced all of a sudden they just "declined?"

If you're in the market for a scooter, I HIGHLY recommend Vespa Motorsport! TC, in sales, was friendly and helpful from my initial email to schedule an appointment! I was able to get into the showroom quickly, where it was very low pressure. I loved that I could look around and ask questions without feeling like I was being pressured to make a purchase or leave. I ended up with Stu, my adorable Genuine Buddy Kick scooter! The guys in the shop were super helpful as well, getting Stu ready to go and getting him loaded into our pickup truck! Unfortunately I haven't been able to visit this store in person. However I feel like I am part of the Vespa Motorsport family for sure. They have 100's of very detailed and well produced YouTube videos they have published on everything about Vespa. I think I have binged watched just about everything at this point. Next thing I know it's 3am and I have a cart full of stuff for my scooters. I really feel like I know my scooter inside and out now and have no issues doing major service on it or just replacing all the lights and muffler. Robot is a celeb in my book and I hope to visit

So you have a stimulus check, you are bored AF why not go look at some Vespas. Hubby and I just went to see what they have, pricing, etc. Now we are the proud owners of 3 Vespas (one is our son's, he bought his own) and we have bi-monthly visits to this awesome shop.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome and they are fair with their pricing. They also have a great selection of gear to accessorize your Vespa.
Not to mention that their mechanic shop is the BOMB, with the nicest employees. Definitely one of the finer things to come out of this pandemic.

I am really bummed to read some of the really poor reviews. After a potential, HUGE, misunderstanding, I can see some people do not get the culture of this place. This old school shop is really about no nonsense and honest passion for Vespas. They do not conform to over the top sales and really stick to the culture of scooters should be classic fun!
My scooter initially came back, not as expected and it seemed it may get heated. I realized I had actually potentially hurt the guys feelings, they really intended to do a great job. I mistook them for being angry. When I brought it down a notch

This is the best spot in SoCal for scooters and accessories. Fabio helped me out with my online order after I bought the wrong parts. Drove to their shop to swap out the wrong part for the correct one. In the same visit I was able to special order matching helmet and top case for my Vespa.
Their show room is incredible! I had to hurry out of there before I ended up buying another Vespa! Fantastic service and selection at VMS!

The guys in shipping, and everybody really are nice and helpful until a package was /is lost in transit by ups.
They acted defensive, over talking me, and gave zero help ful advice.
So, off to the main UPS terminal to find my package or file a claim which gets paid to the shipper. Scooter west.
Not looking forward to that..

If you are in the market for a Vespa, or even just slightly curious about these beautiful Italian machines, this places is a must visit! We drove down to San Diego from the Los Angeles area and came away with a brand new British Racing green GTS Touring and couldn't be happier.
Alex the Owner and TC the head of sales couldn't have been more informative and easy to work with. And their stock can't be beat. If you're in the market for the latest and greatest, they carry every and all current models of Vespa.
